We come before the Father in the name of Jesus, lifting up this request for a breakthrough in money settlement discussions. It is written in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We trust in His provision and wisdom, knowing that He is able to bring peace and resolution where there is strife or uncertainty.
Yet we must also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Our focus must not be on wealth or material gain but on honoring God in all we do. If there has been any dishonesty, greed, or selfish ambition in these discussions, we ask for repentance, for Proverbs 11:1 declares, *"The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with him."*
We pray that these negotiations would be conducted with integrity, fairness, and a spirit of generosity. May all parties involved seek what is just and honorable before the Lord, remembering Colossians 3:23, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."* Let no bitterness, deceit, or contention take root, but instead, let the peace of Christ rule in hearts and minds.
If there has been any wrongdoing—whether in the past or present—we urge confession and restitution, for the Lord calls us to walk in righteousness. *"He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does the Lord require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?"* (Micah 6:8).
Father, we ask for Your divine intervention in these discussions. Soften hearts, open doors, and bring about a resolution that glorifies You. May Your will be done, not for selfish gain, but for the advancement of Your Kingdom. If there are any hidden motives or ungodly influences at work, we rebuke them in the name of Jesus, declaring that no weapon formed against Your people shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We also take this moment to remind the one who has made this request: if you do not know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, there is no greater breakthrough you need than salvation. *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16). It is only through faith in Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name alone that we pray. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today—repent of your sins, believe in Him, and receive the gift of eternal life.
Now, let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and provision. We ask for Your wisdom and favor to rest upon these money settlement discussions. Grant clarity, patience, and a spirit of cooperation to all involved. Remove any obstacles that are not of You, and let Your will be done in this situation. May the outcome bring glory to Your name and testify to Your goodness.
If there has been any sin in this matter—greed, dishonesty, or strife—we ask for Your conviction and forgiveness. Cleanse hearts and renew minds, that all may walk in righteousness. We trust in You, Lord, knowing that You are our Provider and our Peace.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
