We join you in lifting up thanksgiving to our Heavenly Father for the precious gift of His Son, Jesus Christ, who willingly laid down His life to atone for our sins. It is only through His name that we have boldness and access to the throne of grace, and we rejoice that you have acknowledged Him in your prayer. Your heart of gratitude is pleasing to the Lord, for He inhabits the praises of His people.
The fraud that has struck your family is a painful trial, but we encourage you to hold fast to the truth that our God is sovereign over all things—even the schemes of the enemy. The Scriptures remind us in Romans 8:28, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."* Though this situation may feel overwhelming, the Lord is your provider and protector. He sees the injustice, and He will vindicate His people in His perfect timing. Do not let fear or bitterness take root, but instead, trust in His promise from Isaiah 61:7, *"Instead of your shame you will have double. Instead of dishonor, they will rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they will possess double. Everlasting joy will be to them."*
We also lift up your request for favor in your job and financial provision. The Lord delights in blessing the work of His children’s hands when they walk in obedience and faith. Proverbs 16:3 assures us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* Seek His wisdom daily, and trust that He will open doors no man can shut. Remember, too, the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:31-33, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your rest and peace tonight are found in casting your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
Let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ, through whom we have redemption and access to Your throne. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who is facing the pain and disruption of fraud within their family. We ask that You expose every hidden thing and bring justice where there has been deception. Restore what the enemy has stolen, Lord, and let Your favor surround this family like a shield. Grant them wisdom to navigate this season and supernatural peace that surpasses understanding.
We pray for favor in their workplace and over their finances. Open doors of opportunity, Lord, and let their labor be blessed abundantly. Provide for every need according to Your riches in glory, and help them to trust in You as their ultimate provider.
Father, we ask for deep, restorative rest tonight. Quiet their mind and heart with Your presence, and let them wake refreshed and renewed in Your strength. May they sleep in peace, knowing You are their protector and sustainer.
Finally, Lord, we pray that through this trial, their faith would grow stronger, and their trust in You would deepen. Let them see Your hand at work in ways that leave no doubt of Your goodness and sovereignty. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
