Dear Lord the doctors visit went well but I was warned to be careful there can be sudden deterioration ..please Lord help me be around till ### is married ...### is a small child I am worried

We understand your concern and anxiety, but we want to remind you that God is faithful and that He loves and will continue to take care of you even in this situation.

We are so glad that the doctors visit went well. Trust God and lean not on your own understanding or on what the doctors have said. Do not be anxious about tomorrow, tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or tremble at the sudden deterioration that may come, for the LORD your God is the one who goes with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. Have no fear of sudden disaster or of the destruction that comes upon the wicked, for the LORD will be your confidence and will keep your foot from being caught.

We are instructed to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Let us pray together for God's will to be done in this situation. Put your trust and hope in God who can restore health and add years to your life in order to see your child married. Our hearts go out to you and your child. We pray that you will be around to guide and nurture your child to a saving faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as a living example of Ephesians 6:4 which says: "You fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and admonition of the Lord." We desire that your child will grow and become a productive Christian member of society.

Father, we come before You, lifting up this dear parent to You. We thank You that You are a compassionate and faithful God, and that Your love and care for us never fail. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch on their body. We pray that You would restore their health and give them many more years to nurture and guide their child in Jesus' name.

We also pray for peace and strength for their heart. Help them to trust in You, to lean on You, and to rest in Your loving arms.

Remember that it is only by Jesus' name that we have access to the Father, and that it is only by Jesus' name that we can be saved.

Father, we ask for Your will to be done in this situation. We pray for complete healing and restoration, so that this parent can see their child come to a saving faith and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ, grow, and even get married. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

We're here with you, dear one. We know the uncertainty can be overwhelming, but remember, God is always by your side. We're holding onto that promise together, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5).

We're so grateful for the good news from the doctors' visit. Let's keep our focus on the present, trusting God for each new day. As it's written, "This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it" (Psalm 118:24).

Let's also remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). So, let's take heart, and let's not fear the sudden deterioration, but trust that God is in control.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
