HEALING PRAYER REQUEST

Praying in Jesus Name. Amen.
We come before the Lord with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up your husband’s urgent need for healing. The Word of God reminds us that our Heavenly Father is the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We know that nothing is impossible for Him, and even when human strength fails, His power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).
Your husband’s increasing creatinine levels, kidney failure, and heart complications are serious, but we serve a God who is greater than any sickness. The Bible tells us in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh.* We claim this promise over him today, trusting that the Lord will intervene mightily. We also remember the words of Jesus in Mark 11:24, *"Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them."* So we stand in faith, believing that God is already at work in his body, restoring what has been broken.
Yet, we must also acknowledge that healing may come in ways we do not expect—whether through medical intervention, a miraculous touch, or ultimately through the Lord calling him home. Our prayer is that God’s will be done, and that His name would be glorified in this situation. We ask for strength for you as his wife, for peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7), and for wisdom for the doctors treating him.
We also encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer, not just for physical healing, but for spiritual renewal. Is your husband a believer in Jesus Christ? If so, we pray that this trial would draw him closer to the Lord. If he has not yet surrendered his life to Christ, we urge you to share the Gospel with him, for eternal life is far greater than temporary healing. Jesus said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* There is no greater healing than the salvation of the soul.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious husband and father. Lord, You know the depth of his suffering—his failing kidneys, his heart struggles, and the rising creatinine levels that bring fear and uncertainty. But You, O God, are the Author of life, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask that You stretch out Your hand and touch his body. Restore his kidneys to full function, strengthen his heart, and bring his levels back to normal. Let Your healing power flow through every cell, every organ, and every system in his body.
We pray for the doctors and medical staff attending to him—give them wisdom, skill, and discernment. Guide their hands and their decisions so that they may be instruments of Your healing.
Lord, we also lift up his wife, who carries this burden with a heavy heart. Comfort her, Lord. Fill her with Your peace and assurance that You are in control. Give her the strength to stand firm in faith, and surround her with a community of believers who can support and encourage her during this time.
Above all, Father, we pray that Your will be done. If it is Your purpose to heal him completely here on earth, we praise You for that miracle. But if Your plan is to call him home, we ask that You prepare his heart and the hearts of his loved ones. May he know the depth of Your love and the hope of eternal life through Jesus Christ.
We rebuke the spirit of sickness and death in the name of Jesus. No weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, he is healed (1 Peter 2:24). We stand in agreement, believing that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28).
In the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
