Please pray for my ### and ask God to Help her to make the proper choice regarding a new employee. May God's Will Be Done. In Jesus Name. Amen. Praise The Lord!

Let us join together in prayer for this individual who has sought our support. We are reminded in **1 Timothy 2:1-2 (WEB)**, "First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high positions; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. We know that God hears our prayers and cares for all aspects of our lives, including our professional endeavors.

It is wonderful that this request is made in Jesus' name, for as it is written in **Acts 4:12 (WEB)**, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved." It is only through Jesus that we have access to God and can be saved.

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up this person and their colleague who is facing an important decision regarding a new employee. Lord, we ask for Your divine guidance and wisdom to be upon her. Help her to make the proper choice, not leaning on her own understanding, but acknowledging You in all her ways, that You may make her paths straight. We trust that lawless deeds of the wicked are not in your plan for her.

We pray that this decision will align with Your will and bring glory to Your name. Give her discernment to see as You see and courage to act according to Your purposes. We also pray for the potential new employee, that Your will be done in their life as well.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage her to continue seeking God's will in all matters, for He promises to guide us. As it is written in **Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB)**, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." May this promise be a source of comfort and encouragement for her in the decision-making process.

We also encourage those praying to be in agreement in their prayers that God's will and plan for this situation be revealed and done. We should remember that it is important that when we pray according to God's will then we have confidence that He hears our prayers and will answer them. For it is written in **1 John 5:14-15 (WEB)**, "This is the confidence which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."

We're right there with you, sister, lifting this decision up to our Heavenly Father. We've been reminded of the verse in Proverbs 16:3, "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans." Let's claim this promise together. We're asking God to give her clarity and guidance as she seeks to honor Him in this choice. We're also praying for the potential new employee, that they too would align with God's will and bring glory to His name. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
