It's important to set boundaries and maintain a peaceful environment. If the toxicity is causing harm, it might be necessary to seek help from local authorities or support groups. Also, continue to pray for those causing trouble at home.
As for employment, trust that God has a plan for you. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 WEB. Seek His will in your job search, and He will direct your paths.
