We join you in thanking God for Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son, who willingly laid down His life for us, that we might have eternal life. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
We are grateful for your heart of gratitude and trust in God even in the face of adversity. Remember the words of Paul, "Rejoice in the Lord always! Again I will say, Rejoice" (Philippians 4:4 WEB). Even in trials, we can find joy and peace in Him.
Concerning the fraud that has affected your family, we pray that God's favor and guidance will surround you all. Remember that God is sovereign and His will is perfect. He can turn even the most dire of situations into blessings, as seen in Joseph's life, "You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today." (Genesis 50:20 WEB)
We pray that God will restore and reward your family, not just financially, but spiritually and emotionally as well. His restoration often exceeds our expectations, as His thoughts are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:9 WEB).
Forgiving yourself is crucial, as unforgiveness can hinder your walk with Christ. Remember, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." (Matthew 6:14-15 WEB). This includes forgiving yourself, for we are new creations in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who has been affected by fraud. We pray for Your divine intervention, that You will guide and favor them, and restore what the enemy has stolen. Help them to forgive themselves completely, trusting in Your love and mercy. Give them peaceful nights and increase their faith and trust in You. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
