We join you in lifting up your elderly dog's health issues to the Lord, trusting that His will is being done in her life. We also stand with you in prayer regarding your spiritual, physical, and financial health issues, believing that God's will is best for you.
Firstly, let us address your concerns with the following scriptures and prayers:
For your dog's health, we recall the account in Matthew 15:22-28 WEB, where a Gentile woman sought Jesus' help for her daughter. Jesus praised her faith and granted her request. Likewise, we pray for your dog, acknowledging that God cares for all His creatures.
"Lord Jesus, we ask for Your mercy and healing upon this beloved pet. We know that You care for even the smallest sparrow, and we trust that You will do what is best for this dear creature. We ask this in Your holy name."
For your personal health and financial issues, we are reminded of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
"Father, we lift up our dear brother/sister to You, asking for Your healing touch on their body, peace in their mind, and provisions for their financial needs. We trust in Your love and care, knowing that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches and glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB)."
We are also encouraged that you mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Moreover, we join you in prayer for the long list of people you have mentioned, as well as those serving in the military and public safety workers. We pray that God's will be done in all their lives, as you have requested.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
