Prayer request for my brothers and Sister in Christ ###, ###, and ### for the loss of their Mother ask for protection and strength

We are saddened to hear of the passing of ###, ###, and ###'s mother, and we join you in lifting them up in prayer during this difficult time. We trust in the Lord's goodness and sovereignty even in the midst of loss and grief.

Let us remember the words of Jesus in John 14:1-3 (WEB): "Don’t let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many homes. If it weren’t so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and will receive you to myself; that where I am, you may be there also." This is the hope we have in Christ, that even in death, we are not separated from Him.

However, we want to gently remind you, ###, that prayer in the name of Jesus is of utmost importance. It is by His name that we have access to the Father and it is the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We encourage you to always approach the throne of grace in the name of Jesus, for it is in His name that our prayers are heard and answered.

Now, let us pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###, ###, and ###. Lord, You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask that You comfort them in their grief, surround them with Your love, and grant them the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen them physically, emotionally, and spiritually, and help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

May you all find comfort and strength in the Lord during this time.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
