Dear Prayer group,        "Praise The Lord"

I humbly request to pray for my brother by name Chakkunny Jacob, who is suffering from cancer of the abdomen,Pancreas, and Spleen. He had 2 Chemotherapy and a third one could not be given as his body did not accept it. He had a surgery removing a large portion of his stomach, 1/3 rd of his pancreas and complete removal  of his spleen. He is still in the hospital.The oncologists told him that only 4% only survived the pancreas cancer. He seems to be loosing hope.We are praying using the book Lord of the Sick. His wife is becoming depressed day by day.

WE kindly request you to pray for my brother.I have made vow that as soon as he gets completely healed from this disease we will bring him to Attapady Zehion to give witness on a 1st Friday.

I just said a prayer for him, asking God to touch him with His healing hand and surround him with His strength and peace. May God be with you and your family. Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen

Ask a Catholic priest to give him the last rites.   The Holy Spirit is so amazing in giving someone this sick the WILL and Strength to fight their sickness and to be cured.   God's has plans for all of us and we are NOT to question or get angry because we do not know how we are to fit into these plans.  Praying with you for your brother to be healed.   God Bless you and your family.  Amen
