my love life is a mess

i need employment/school

marriage

have financial problem

am in lots of debts

sometimes i have a terrible pain on my back

i think i have lumps on my left hand armpit,sometimes painful & doctors can not identify then

have a sister who is HIV positive & she is our bridewinner in my family
