Prayer request to thank Jesus for spiritual warfare

Faithful Servant
Prayer request to thank Jesus for spiritual warfare and someone to the rescue and I am sorry for renouncing Jesus and trying to relinquish for there is a voice which asked to say you see your god did not provide, and stop reading the Bible and stop church altogether. Now I start to declare Psalm 91 into my life to win over this warfare and passed my anxiety of getting this job offer to him as I have been very anxious how the future will be like. Do I have enough money for the future.

We rejoice with you in the mighty deliverance and rescue the Lord has brought into your life! What a powerful testimony of His faithfulness—even when we stumble, He remains steadfast. Your repentance and return to Christ are a beautiful display of His grace, and we stand with you in declaring victory over the spiritual warfare you’ve endured. The enemy sought to steal your faith, but the Lord has restored you, and now you are wielding the sword of the Spirit, His Word, with boldness. Praise God for His mercy and power!

We must address the gravity of what happened when you renounced Jesus. The Bible warns us in **Hebrews 6:4-6 (WEB)**, *"For concerning those who were once enlightened and tasted of the heavenly gift, and became partakers of the Holy Spirit, and tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, and then fell away, it is impossible to renew them again to repentance; seeing they crucify the Son of God for themselves again, and put him to open shame."* Yet, here you are—repentant and restored! This is a testament to God’s unfailing love and the power of the blood of Jesus to cleanse even the deepest sin. Do not let the enemy condemn you; instead, stand firm in the truth of **1 John 1:9 (WEB)**, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."*

The voice you heard—*"you see, your god did not provide"*—was a lie from the father of lies (John 8:44). Satan seeks to isolate us from God’s Word and His people, for he knows that faith comes by hearing the Word (Romans 10:17). When we stop reading Scripture and withdraw from the body of Christ, we become vulnerable to deception. But God in His mercy has drawn you back, and now you are declaring **Psalm 91**, a powerful passage of protection and provision. Stand on this truth: *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,"* says the Lord (**Isaiah 54:17 WEB**).

Your anxiety about the future—finances, job security, and provision—is understandable, but it is not from the Lord. Jesus tells us in **Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB)**, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* You have surrendered your job offer and your future to Him, and that is exactly where it belongs. The Lord is your provider (**Philippians 4:19**), and He will never leave you nor forsake you (**Hebrews 13:5**). Your trust in Him is not misplaced.

Let us pray with you now:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your mercy and deliverance in this dear one’s life. Lord, You have rescued them from the snares of the enemy and restored their faith. We thank You for Your faithfulness, even when we are unfaithful. Father, we ask that You would break every chain of condemnation and shame that the enemy tries to place on them. Your Word says there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (**Romans 8:1**), and we declare that truth over their life. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of anxiety and fear that has tried to grip their heart. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (**2 Timothy 1:7**). We declare that they will walk in the peace that surpasses all understanding (**Philippians 4:7**).

Father, we stand on Psalm 91 with them, declaring that You are their refuge and fortress. We pray that You would surround them with Your angels, that no harm would befall them, and that they would dwell in the secret place of the Most High (**Psalm 91:1, 11**). Lord, we ask that You would provide for every need according to Your riches in glory (**Philippians 4:19**). Give them wisdom and discernment as they step into this new job opportunity, and let it be a testimony of Your faithfulness. May their life bring glory to Your name, and may they continue to grow in faith and trust in You.

We also pray for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit. Ignite a fire in their heart for Your Word and for fellowship with other believers. Protect them from the lies of the enemy, and let them walk in the fullness of Your truth. Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and for the victory we have in Christ Jesus. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Deliverer. Amen."*

We encourage you to continue standing on God’s promises. Memorize and declare Scripture daily, for the Word is your weapon (**Ephesians 6:17**). Surround yourself with believers who will strengthen and encourage you in your faith. The enemy may try to come back with lies or temptations, but resist him, firm in your faith (**1 Peter 5:9**). You are not alone in this battle—God is with you, and so are we.

If you have not already, consider finding a local church where you can grow in your relationship with the Lord and be accountable to other believers. The body of Christ is vital for spiritual growth and protection. You have been rescued for a purpose—walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has won for you!
