Prayer request to get money into my bank accounts

Anonymous

Beloved of All
I am running a business past one year and have not sold any of my products and am running low in running my business please help me find a way to get money coming into my bank account. I am getting so Low. Help me

We hear your cry for provision and understand the weight of financial strain on your heart and business. The Lord sees your labor and your need, and He is faithful to provide for His children. First, let us turn to Scripture to remind ourselves of God’s promises:

"For the Lord God is a sun and a shield. The Lord will give grace and glory. He withholds no good thing from those who walk blamelessly." (Psalm 84:11 WEB)

"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:33 WEB)

We must examine whether our hearts are aligned with God’s will in this season. Are you operating your business in integrity, honesty, and diligence? Are there areas where you may have cut corners or relied on worldly methods rather than trusting God’s provision? The Lord calls us to stewardship, and sometimes financial struggles are an opportunity to surrender our plans to Him and seek His wisdom.

Let us also consider whether there are practical steps you can take, such as reevaluating your business model, seeking godly counsel, or exploring new marketing strategies, while still trusting God as your ultimate Provider. Proverbs 15:22 (WEB) says, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established."

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, who alone gives us access to Your throne of grace. Lord, You see the burden of [this brother/sister] as they seek to sustain their business and provide for their needs. We ask that You open doors of opportunity, bring divine connections, and pour out Your favor upon their work. Give them wisdom to make sound decisions, creativity to innovate, and perseverance to press forward in faith.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of lack, fear, or discouragement that may be trying to take root in their heart. We declare that You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we trust in Your perfect timing. If there are areas where their business or heart needs correction, reveal them, Lord, and lead them in repentance and realignment with Your will.

We pray for supernatural provision, whether through sales, new clients, or unexpected blessings, but above all, we pray that [this brother/sister] would draw closer to You in this season. May they seek You first, knowing that as they delight in You, You will give them the desires of their heart (Psalm 37:4 WEB).

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. The Bible tells us, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16 WEB). Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). Surrender your life to Him, and He will guide you in all things, including your business and finances.

Do not lose heart. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Keep pressing into Him, and He will make a way where there seems to be no way.

It is deeply discouraging to pour yourself into something for over a year and see the bank account only dwindle. We hear how low you feel right now. The quiet dread of a business not making it is a genuine loss, it's not just about money, but about hope, effort, and identity. When we name that, it helps us stop pretending we just need a quick fix. We're standing with you in this hard place.

Right now the most immediate need is cash flow. Sometimes the best next step is to narrow the focus from the whole business to one concrete pressure point: what is the very next bill or expense that would sink you, and is there even a small, immediate way to meet it? Separating that from the bigger question of whether the business will succeed can give you a little breathing room to think clearly about a longer-term plan. That might mean looking at what has been offered but not bought, and asking a trusted mentor or even a potential customer for honest feedback about the product or the pricing.

While you work that practical side, we also want to remind you of something crucial: your worth isn't wrapped up in this venture's bottom line. It’s easy for the weight of a struggling business to make us feel like a personal failure. You are not defined by these sales numbers.

Let's pray together now. Father, you see this child of yours feeling low and pressed on every side. In your mercy, open a door for provision, whether through a sale, new work, or a surprising source of help. Give clear eyes to see what adjustments are needed, and steady this heart so that discouragement does not have the final word. Surround them with wise counsel and tangible support. In Jesus' name, amen.

You feel the pressing need of money, the slow bleeding of a business that brings no return, and your soul is sinking low with the weight of it. But in this hour, there is a sorrow deeper than an empty purse and a need more urgent than the filling of bank accounts. None can keep alive his own soul. The heaving lungs need their portion of air and if they cannot be satisfied, man soon becomes a corpse.

Deprive us of food, leave us for a week without meat or drink, and see if we can keep our natural body alive. So it is with the inner man. You have been running a business, leaning on your own understanding, perhaps saying, I understand that business, there is no need to wait upon God for direction in so simple a matter, for I am well up in every particular. But the soul withers without the breath of Heaven, and the spirit starves without the Bread of Life.

You think, perhaps, that your prolonged life is given you that you may mature your plans, that you may rectify mistakes of business, that you may accumulate more money. You cry out for help to get money coming in, but the deepest cry of your being is for something money cannot touch. You have need of healing, indeed. Day by day you prove your need of healing by your actual sin, by a heart that excuses itself and turns from the living God to the fading stuff of earth.

The disease has corrupted your essential being and rendered you hopelessly unclean. And the urgent need is not first for silver and gold, but for that eternal salvation which Christ obtained through His one offering for sin. He is the Friend of sinners in their time of need. A friend in need is a friend indeed, and Christ stands ready.

Draw near to Him, test Him as often as need arises. You need not make yourself better before you believe, as if you would elbow Christ out of His place. I went to Him trembling and dismayed, and I thought He would never receive me, but He did not cast me out. And He will not cast out any who come.

This business of your soul is the Father’s business. If you make your own business God’s business, you will do your business well, and you will be useful in your day and generation. Then be about your Father’s business. Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and the weight of temporal care will find its right proportion.

The man who learns to keep his soul alive upon Christ has found a treasure that makes the leanest earthly cupboard a storehouse of content. Come now, while the day of Grace lingers, and find the Savior you truly need.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your words lay bare a soul heavy-laden, and I have carried your petition to the Lord. But do not let the empty storehouse drive you into the pit. The affairs of every day are a fight, a tempest and a storm; the marketplace is full of rocks that can sink a boat. That is why we need a weapon above all else: prayer, offered early and by night, to make God propitious before we set foot outside. Have you bent your knees with as much hunger as you have chased sales? When the coffers run low, we too often scramble for human solutions while the soul remains unbowed. Speak to the Master as a child speaks to a loving Father. Tell Him your poverty, your fear, your need. He is not slow to hear.

But while you pray, do not imagine you stand alone. The eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of thee.” The body of Christ is knit together so that when one member struggles, the others reach out. Let the saints know your trouble, not only that they may pray, but that they may assist you in whatsoever business you have need. Is there a brother or sister in the household of faith who can share a bit of resource, make an introduction, or open a door? That is often how God sends provision, through the hands of His people. The Apostle himself commended a holy woman who had been a succorer of many, and saw to it that she received help in return. Do not let shame seal your lips; it is no sin to be in want.

Yet let this lean season also become a school for your soul. How plainly the wheel of change turns! Neither let him on the stave despair, nor let him in the church be confident. I have seen those puffed up with success fall into ruin, and those in the dust lifted to honor. God is not like a banker whose favor is reckoned by your balance. Maybe He is loosening your grip on the world's goods, teaching you that a belly bursting with surfeit often sickens more than a body enduring hunger. A soul fat with ease forgets its Maker; a lean one reaches for the words of Scripture. Let them be your lamp while the night lasts.

Do not imagine that the prayers of the Church relieve you of the duty to be watchful. “If we sleep, the help of others will profit us nothing.” Rise with the dawn, arm yourself with supplication, and then go forth to your work with a sober hope. Persevere in honest labor, for the Lord who feeds the birds and clothes the grass will not forsake His own. I will ask the flock here to intercede for you, that the channels of supply may be opened, and that your heart may find peace even before the money arrives. Grace be with you.

A year without a single sale while expenses keep draining your resources is a heavy weight to carry. That kind of pressure can make you feel forgotten and desperate. I want you to know that God sees you in this place, and He has not abandoned you.

One thing I’ve learned through my own life and from Scripture is that God often uses seasons of failure to teach us what we could never learn in success. He let me walk through many years of my own efforts coming to nothing, just to bring me to the end of my self-confidence. When everything finally changed, I knew it was His doing, not mine. Perhaps right now He is conditioning your heart to lean on Him in a way you never have before.

That does not mean you should sit idle. Keep working honestly, with integrity, and ask the Lord for wisdom. But be very careful not to make provision for the flesh in this time of crisis. When the numbers don’t add up, temptation will whisper shortcuts, maybe a deal that isn’t entirely ethical, a compromise you once never would have considered. That is not the path for the believer. Put on the Lord Jesus Christ and refuse to feed your fears with unrighteous schemes. He is your true provision.

Remember how the Scriptures treat the failures of the saints. Abram stumbled in his faith more than once, yet in the New Testament those lapses are never mentioned. God does not keep a record of our failures when we are trusting in Christ. He buries them and accounts us righteous through faith. Your business struggles do not define you before Him. His only provision for sin, and for every need, is His Son, and that provision is enough.

I am praying that God will open a door you did not expect, that He will send customers, resources, or relationships that make no sense apart from His hand. May He give you the grace to stand in the fire like the three Hebrews who said they would trust God regardless of the outcome. He is able, and even if He chooses to refine you a while longer, His presence will sustain you. Do not lose heart.
