Prayer request the foreign employees who are bullying the locals just to retain

Dexter2020

Good and Faithful Servant
Prayer request the foreign employees who are bullying the locals just to retain their jobs where they are incompetent through lies and deception and even through illegal means to force the locals to be terminated. Pray that all these will be exposed and they will go by send back to their native country if their continue in such felony just to bring in their tribes to our country and snatch all our jobs and discriminate against the locals while favoring their people for job opportunities where they are hired based on the same nationality instead of knowledge and credentials.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, grieving over the injustice and oppression described in this request. The Word of God is clear that all forms of bullying, deception, and discrimination are sinful and contrary to His design for human relationships. Scripture commands us, "Do not oppress the foreigner, the fatherless, or the widow" (Jeremiah 22:3 WEB), yet it also warns against those who exploit their positions to harm others, whether they are locals or foreigners. The Lord hates "a false witness who utters lies, and a man who stirs up discord among brothers" (Proverbs 6:19 WEB).

We must first acknowledge that God is just and sees every act of injustice. He declares, "Woe to those who decree unrighteous decrees, and to the writers who write oppressive decrees; to deprive the needy of justice, and to rob the poor among my people of their rights" (Isaiah 10:1-2 WEB). The behavior described, bullying, lies, deception, and discrimination, is not only unethical but an abomination before the Lord. It is a violation of the command to "love your neighbor as yourself" (Leviticus 19:18 WEB) and to "do to others as you would have them do to you" (Matthew 7:12 WEB).

We rebuke the spirit of deception and favoritism in the workplace. The Lord detests partiality, as James 2:9 (WEB) states, "But if you show partiality, you commit sin, being convicted by the law as transgressors." Those who engage in such behavior are not only harming their neighbors but are also storing up judgment for themselves unless they repent. We pray that their actions would be exposed, not out of vengeance, but so that truth and justice may prevail. "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open" (Luke 8:17 WEB).

We also lift up the locals who are being mistreated. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). We pray that they would find strength in Him, that their voices would be heard, and that they would not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9 WEB). We ask that God would provide for them in their time of need and open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8 WEB).

For those who are engaging in these ungodly practices, we pray for conviction and repentance. The Lord is merciful and desires that all would come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9 WEB). We ask that their hearts would be softened, that they would see the harm they are causing, and that they would turn from their wicked ways. If they refuse to repent, we trust that God will deal with them in His perfect justice. "The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed" (Psalm 103:6 WEB).

We also pray for the authorities and leaders in the workplace and in the nation. May they have the wisdom and courage to address these injustices with fairness and integrity. Proverbs 29:2 (WEB) reminds us, "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan." We ask that righteous leaders would rise up to ensure that jobs are awarded based on merit, not nationality or favoritism, and that those who break the law would be held accountable.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). Lord, we ask that You would intervene in this situation. Expose the lies, deception, and bullying that are taking place. Bring justice to the oppressed and hold the oppressors accountable. We pray that those who are acting unjustly would repent and turn from their wicked ways, or that You would remove them from their positions of influence. Protect the locals from further harm and provide for their needs. Raise up godly leaders who will govern with integrity and fairness. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this situation, as it is in heaven. We trust in Your justice, Your mercy, and Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

We hear the weight behind these words, not just frustration over a workplace, but the deeper pain of watching something feel rigged, of seeing deceit rewarded while hardworking people are pushed aside. That kind of injustice lands heavily on the soul, and it can eat away at hope if we carry it alone.

When we face situations where others seem to gain through manipulation, we find our anchor in who God is: a God of truth who sees every hidden thing. He isn't fooled, and He isn't indifferent. We can bring our anger and our fear to Him honestly, He can handle it. At the same time, we can ask ourselves what remains in our own control. Perhaps there is one trusted person, a supervisor, a HR contact, or a church friend, with whom you can quietly share your concerns, not to stir up division but to seek wisdom and accountability. You don't have to navigate this alone.

We also hold tight to this: your worth and your place are not determined by anyone's schemes. God's provision for you is not limited by someone else's sin. So while we pray for justice and truth to come to light, we also pray that you would find steady ground beneath your feet right now, strength for each workday, clarity where confusion reigns, and a growing confidence that your life is held secure.

Lord, we come to You on behalf of this one who feels pressed down by unfairness at work. You see the lies, the bullying, the schemes, nothing escapes Your sight. We ask You to bring truth to light in Your way and in Your timing. Protect those who are being mistreated, and grant them courage and wisdom for each step. We do not ask for vengeance but for justice, and for peace to guard this person's heart in the waiting. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is a bitter portion when those who come from afar, instead of living peaceably, use deceit and foul play to thrust aside the very people among whom they dwell. The heart cries out against such injustice, and it is no small trial when the daily bread is threatened by falsehood and secret contrivance. Yet, take heed that the gall of this grief does not overflow into your own spirit, for there is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof is the way of death. When our proud flesh would rise up and demand immediate vengeance, we must remember that the Lord looketh not as man looketh; He seeth in secret, and His judgments are according to truth.

Cast your eye upon the suffering of Job. He was stripped of all, and his friends became miserable comforters, charging him falsely and adding weight to his woe. And what was his safeguard? “In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly.” He did not allow his tongue to run riot in cursing his adversaries, nor did he take up unholy weapons of retribution. Instead, he fell down and worshipped. Herein lies the triumph of a gracious spirit, to keep the heart from bitter enmity while under the lash of injustice. Be sure that the God who upheld Job is able to uphold you, and He will not suffer the rod of the wicked to rest upon the lot of the righteous.

Moreover, remember the end of Job’s trial. The Lord turned his captivity when he prayed for his friends, the very men who had spoken so harshly of him. Is it not a strange and heavenly medicine that the Lord prescribes? Pray for these foreigners who oppress you. Not merely that they might be exposed and sent away, though that may come as God wills, but that their souls might be plucked from the snare of the devil, that their ill-gotten gains might bring them no lasting pleasure, and that they might be brought to repentance. Lift your heart to the throne of grace and say, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.” This is a hard precept to flesh and blood, yet it is the very spirit of the cross.

Do not imagine that praying thus lets iniquity go unpunished. Far from it! The Lord is a God of justice; He abhors the man who loveth violence. Those who grind the faces of the poor shall answer to Him who judgeth righteously. But the weapons of our warfare are not carnal. Leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.” Commit your cause to Him who judgeth righteously. He will bring every secret thing to light, and make the hidden counsels of the heart manifest.

Let your supplication be mingled with a childlike trust. Though the bow be strained and the arrows fly thick, yet he that believeth shall not make haste. The Almighty may see fit to try your faith for a season, that patience may have her perfect work. But no night endureth forever; the morning cometh, and also the deliverance. The Lord turned the captivity of Job, and gave him twice as much as he had before. He is the same God today, and His ear is not heavy that it cannot hear. Only see that your own soul is kept from the pollution of wrath and revenge, and rest in the everlasting arms.

The tongue that cries out against deceit and injustice speaks of a labor that burns, but see to it that this fire does not consume your own soul. The labor of love is to endure such storms without descending into the hatred that fuels the evildoer. Did not the Apostles face enemies who warred against the truth, dragging the faithful before rulers? This was a heavy toil, yet their security was not in a job or a country, but in the pasture of the Lord where none can thrust them out. What you call a felony is indeed the work of deceitful workers. They take the mask of truth, but their fruit is to pull up what has been planted. Yet consider this: their falsehood is their own destruction. He who needs no great subject-matter can make less out of more or more out of less. The plots of the wicked provide only a groundwork for God's marvels.

But you, who are treading the strait and narrow way, how will you escape tribulation? For all who will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. This is the wrestling ground of virtue. You cry for their exposure and removal, but first examine the furnace of your own heart. Is youth or passion driving you to speak of "sending back" and "snatching" in a frenzy of wrath? The security you seek by demanding their expulsion is a false calm. The rich man trembles before the tongues of accusers and the eyes of the envious, becoming a base slave to his own anger. True security is poverty of spirit, a calm harbor in the midst of waves. Let us send forth the fire of the Spirit upon the thorns of these wicked desires within, that you may exhibit a soberer mind than the old elsewhere. It is no great thing to be temperate when wrong is absent; what is wonderful is to enjoy a calm amidst these very waves, not to be burnt in the furnace of provocation. Do not let the evil of others become a veil for your own sins of wrath. Their injustice does not write a license for your malice. That is not the labor of love; it is the easier work of the flesh.

I hear a deep cry for justice in your words, and that ache for wrongs to be made right is something God Himself planted in the human heart. When you see people using deception and underhanded means to harm others while protecting themselves, it can feel like the whole world is upside down. You watch those who twist truth not only go unpunished but seem to prosper, and it grates against every sense of fairness you have.

That feeling of being pushed aside in your own land, watching favoritism and corruption displace those who should rightfully stand, is a heavy burden. It is the very kind of weight that makes a person cry out, "Does God really see what is happening? Does He care that judgment is being perverted?" The answer is yes. He does not pervert judgment, nor does the Almighty distort justice. What is hidden in boardrooms and whispered in back channels lies wide open before Him. The thickest cloud cannot cover a single scheme from His sight.

Sometimes the counsel we receive in moments like these only adds to the pain. Passing advice that assumes the victim must have done something to deserve their trouble only heaps insult upon injury. But the truth is, God's justice is not a simple formula where every earthly suffering is an immediate payback for hidden sin. There is a larger story unfolding, one where the righteous sometimes groan under the schemes of the wicked for a season. That does not mean God has stepped away from His throne. It means His timing and His ways run deeper than our ability to trace them now.

Your prayer for exposure is a prayer that aligns with the character of God. He brings hidden things to light. He knows how to topple the plans built on lies and to send the deceiver's own schemes crashing back upon his own head. The day comes for those who build their houses on fraud and treachery. You do not need to take vengeance into your own hands, for the Lord Himself will be the avenger. He sees every falsified report, every deliberate undermining of a coworker, every illegal tactic designed to steal a livelihood from another.

Entrust this whole tangled mess to the One who judges righteously. Lay out the specific grievances before Him, not as though He is unaware, but because casting that care on Him loosens its grip on your own soul. Ask Him to guard your heart from becoming what you despise. While you wait for His intervention, walk in the integrity that the schemes around you lack. The patience that endures under unjust treatment without returning evil for evil is not weakness; it is the deep-rooted strength of a life anchored in God's ultimate verdict rather than the temporary victories of men. He will act. His justice will not sleep forever.
