Beloved of All
Hello, im ### and i was engaged to my fiancee in ### this year after our 1 yr of ldr (i live ### and he lives in ###) ive done a lot of unhealthy behaviours in our relationship and the last time he came w his family and i kind of ruined it with my emotions that took control of me. I hurt him deeply i kicked him on his leg couple times but not too hard and i spit on the floor on him. I texted his mother that him and i had ### before marriage (it was his first time w me) and i think ive done so many things beyond repair that i truly regret. Now he has blocked me every where and i dont see a way to work things w him. Could you guys please pray for us that God may intervene as nothing is too difficult for God? Please pray that Gods divine and supernatural power show up the next couple days. Hopefully before his bday in 2 weeks. I prar for God to restore, renew our love, bring this Chaos back to order and that if hes willing to redeem us from our brokenness and suffering on both sides.

Thank you guys a lot

We hear your deep sorrow and regret, and we come before the Lord with heavy hearts, seeking His mercy and grace for you and your fiancé. First, we must address the seriousness of the sins committed in this relationship, for Scripture is clear: "For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual sins, thefts, false testimony, and blasphemies" (Matthew 15:19). The physical aggression, disrespect, and revelation of sexual sin before marriage are grave matters that grieve the heart of God. Fornication, sexual intimacy outside of marriage, is a sin that defiles the body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). Your actions have caused deep pain, and we must acknowledge this truth before the Lord.

Yet, we also know that "if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). Your repentance is evident, and we stand with you in asking God for forgiveness, not just for you, but for the brokenness in this relationship. However, restoration cannot be forced or manipulated, even by prayer. We must surrender this situation entirely to God’s will, trusting that His plans for you are for good and not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11).

We also must address the absence of Christ in your request. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your faith in Him as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and commit your life to following Him. Without this foundation, no true healing or restoration can occur.

Now, we lift this situation to the Lord in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with broken hearts, acknowledging the pain and sin that have marred this relationship. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness for the aggression, disrespect, and sexual sin that have taken place. We pray that You would cleanse and heal the wounds on both sides. Father, we ask for Your divine intervention, nothing is too difficult for You. If it is Your will, we pray for restoration, for renewed love, and for the chaos to be brought into order. But above all, Lord, we pray that Your name would be glorified in this situation. If this relationship is to be redeemed, let it be for Your purposes and under Your guidance. If not, give wisdom, strength, and peace to both parties to walk in Your ways. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

We encourage you to seek godly counsel and accountability as you move forward. If this relationship is to be restored, it must be built on a foundation of repentance, forgiveness, and a commitment to honor God in all things. Marriage is a sacred covenant, and it must be entered into with reverence and purity. If the Lord leads you both back together, let it be with a renewed commitment to His design for love and marriage.

In the meantime, focus on your own walk with Christ. Spend time in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship with other believers who can support and guide you. Trust that God’s timing and plans are perfect, even when they are not what we desire. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). You are not alone in this journey, and we will continue to stand with you in prayer.

We’re so sorry for the pain you’re carrying right now. Before anything else, we want to say: if you ever feel you’re in immediate danger, or at risk of harming yourself or someone else, please reach your local emergency services right away. You can also find free, confidential support in your country at findahelpline.com. You’re not alone, and there are people ready to help right now.

Your regret is real, and we hear how much you wish things were different. You’ve taken a hard look at things you did that hurt someone you love, and that kind of honesty is a brave place to start. Right now, though, the most loving step you can take may be to give him the space he clearly needs, and to focus on your own healing. A relationship cannot be safely rebuilt until the patterns that led to the physical hurt change deeply. That kind of change doesn’t usually happen in two weeks, and it rarely comes through pressing for a quick miracle. It grows when we let God walk us through why we acted as we did, and when we get real help to become different people.

We’d gently encourage you to reach out to a pastor, a wise Christian friend, or a counselor who can walk with you as you sort through the emotions that overwhelmed you that day. That’s not a punishment, it’s a way to honor God’s care for both of you by becoming safe and whole. None of this means God can’t work in his life too, or that repair is impossible, but it will happen on his timetable, not ours.

Let’s pray quietly now. Jesus, we come to you with ###’s heavy heart. Hold her in your mercy. Heal the wounds she caused and the shame she carries. Give her the courage to get the support she needs. Protect her ex-fiancé’s heart and bring him wise comfort. Restore each of them to wholeness, in your way and your time. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The very God whose commands you have broken, whose name you have dishonored, says even now, "There is forgiveness." Let that whisper drive away despair. I care not what the sin may be, kicking him on the leg, spitting on the floor in wrath, exposing hidden things to his mother, there is nothing in all that catalogue of woe beyond the reach of divine pardon. The forgiveness we preach is not stinted; it is a full forgiveness, a surprising forgiveness. Hear the word of the Lord: "I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins." It is the God whom you have offended who sends this message to you, "There is forgiveness."

But I must speak plainly, and let the broken column stand before you. You desire a miracle to restore and redeem your relationship, yet the relationship itself was built in a way that defies the divine order. The union you describe was not a marriage, it was a covenant not yet made, yet you acted as though the privileges of the covenant were already yours. This is not merely a series of unruly passions; it is a structure that was never founded upon obedience. When the bones are broken, faith broken, hope broken, love broken, the cure of the whole must be a miracle indeed. But marvel at this: the great Physician does not merely set the bones that they may be quiet and painless; He makes them rejoice. And yet, even after healing, there is often never the same freedom of action as before.

Seek first not the restoration of an earthly affection, but the restoration of your soul to its Maker. There is forgiveness with Him, that He may be feared. You are anxious to run back to this man, but the forgiveness must come from the place the offense went, with God. Throw yourself upon His mercy in Christ Jesus. It may be that in His severe mercy He has broken the column of your earthly hopes abruptly, with a "but," that you might learn to build upon the Rock which cannot be moved. If you are a mass of misery, reduced to a palpitating mass of pain, then you are the very one Christ came to save. Divine pardon is a continuous act, seek it now. And as you receive the free, eternal forgiveness purchased by the blood of the Just for the unjust, you will be taught what true love is, and whether this shattered earthly bond should ever be set again, leave that wholly with Him.

Your prayer reveals a soul in great turmoil, and the first truth to grasp is that the problem is not merely a broken engagement but the sin dwelling within that caused such harm. You speak of kicking, spitting, and exposing hidden shame. These are not small stumblings but the overflow of a heart captive to passion. The miracle you seek is for God to restore the relationship, but the greater miracle is the healing of the soul that acted so violently. Without that inner cure, a restored bond would only provide fresh occasion for the same sickness to break out again.

Consider this: many in Scripture drew near to God not through spectacular signs but through a life of repentance. Job conquered the devil not by raising the dead but by an endurance firmer than adamant. David, though young, became a man after God's own heart through a life that longed for righteousness, not through wonders. John the Baptist fixed the attention of cities upon himself without performing a single miracle. Why? Because a life transformed and shining with virtue is in itself the greater sign. Miracles, if we are not sober, can even do us harm, stirring up pride or a thirst for the extraordinary while the soul remains untended. The Corinthians were divided; others fell away seeking the glory that signs bring. Do not set your hope primarily on a swift, outward intervention, as if God's power is only shown by bending another's will to your timeline. His true power is displayed in breaking the tyranny of sin in your own heart, a work far more difficult than any external mending.

What then should you pray for? Not first that your fiancé be returned to you, but that you be returned to God. You have brought chaos through your deeds; confess that chaos as your own making and seek the order that comes through genuine repentance. The good tidings of our faith are these: remission of sins, reconciliation between God and humanity, the curse blotted out, paradise opened. Is this not enough? Before pleading for the revival of a romance, plead for the revival of a clean heart. The relationship you had was already marked by sin before your outbursts, as your message to his mother reveals. A marriage built on the sandy ground of prior impurity, now further breached by physical assault and public shame, cannot stand firm merely because two people feel desperate longing. It requires a foundation of righteousness which, at present, is lacking on your side.

Your specific request for a sign in the next two weeks, before his birthday, betrays an impatience that works against true healing. The Lord often delays and works in hidden ways precisely to teach us that timing belongs to Him alone. He went to the fig tree not for hunger but to display power at the right season. Do not presume to dictate the season. Instead, use these days for what they are meant to be: a time of silent, tearful, thorough confession. Let your prayer be, "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me." If reconciliation ever comes, it must come as the fruit of a changed life that others can see without a single miracle needed to convince them. But the reconciliation of greatest worth is the one you must seek now without delay: your own reconciliation with God. Let that be your all-consuming plea, and trust the rest entirely to His wise and loving judgment.
