Prayer request site please continue to pray for me thank you for your prayers

Thank you for trusting us with so many burdens and for sharing the good news about your dad coming to faith in Jesus. We are praying with you and we thank God for His mercy that saves us through Christ alone.

We are bringing your body before the Lord. You asked for healing for your stomach and digestive tract, for strength when you feel weak, for the rash and infection on your leg, for the constant humming in your ear, and for pain in your chest. Scripture shows that Jesus bore our suffering and that His wounds provide for our healing, both spiritual and physical, as Matthew applied Isaiah's prophecy to the people Jesus healed. We ask the Lord to touch each of these areas according to His mercy and wisdom, and to give you wisdom to seek proper care as you trust Him. The apostle John prayed for a friend that he would prosper and be in health even as his soul prospers, and there is a real connection between the health of our inner life and our physical well being. Worry and fear can harm the body, while peace and trust in the Lord bring rest. We pray that as your soul is nourished in Christ, you will know His strengthening in your body as well.

You also shared many heavy cares about your home, your mind, sleep, and protection. You mentioned mold and odors that trouble your mind, the desire to sell your home and find a rental, and struggles with stress, anxiety, worry, fear, anger, trauma, troubling thoughts, bad dreams, and the need for peace and better sleep for you and your brother. You asked for protection for both of you and for your home from evil and for strength to resist temptation, and for finances. We are praying that the Lord will be your refuge and guard your home, that He will clear and steady your mind, and that He will provide for your housing and financial needs as you seek Him. God promises perfect peace to those whose minds are stayed on Him because they trust in Him, and He gives a peace that goes beyond understanding to guard the heart and mind in Christ. When fear rises, His word to us is fear not, for I am with you, I will strengthen you and uphold you. That nearness of the Lord is real even when we do not see Him with our eyes. The life lived according to the Spirit brings love, joy and peace, while living focused only on physical and material pressures brings anxiety and strife. We pray you will experience His presence daily, that He will quiet anxious thoughts, give you restful sleep, keep you from evil, and fill your home with His peace.

We rejoice with you that your dad has received Jesus and we pray the Lord will lead him to a fellowship where the Bible is faithfully taught so he can grow strong in the Lord. We are praying for your sister and her family and for the restoration of your relationship with her, that God would draw her and her household to salvation in Christ. We are praying for your other sister that the Lord would deliver her from smoking, heal her body including diabetes and other needs, and help her as she prepares for her driving test, and that she would give her whole life to Jesus. We are praying for your brother for traveling mercy, for protection from harm and from evil people at work, for favor with supervisors and coworkers, for strength for his work, for provision and for any advancement that would help provide more, and most of all that he would fully surrender to the Lord, turn from anger and pride, grow in self control, and walk in the Spirit with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control, overcoming sin by God's power. We are praying for your nephew who is in prison, that the Lord would use this time to draw him back to Himself, protect him, and give him a hunger to read the Bible.

You asked for prayer for those who lead our nation and for nations in conflict, for soldiers on both sides to be protected, for wickedness to be restrained, for the war to end, for godly leadership to be raised up and for revival, and for rain and snow to prevent drought in your region. We are praying for those in authority that God would give them wisdom and strength to act justly, for protection for all who serve, for peace where there is war, and for God to pour out His Spirit so many would turn to Him. We know true peace only comes through Jesus who is our peace and has broken down the walls between us and God. For those far off and those near, God offers peace and healing to all who come to Him, but there is no lasting peace while we remain at war with Him. We pray many will be reconciled to God through Christ and know that deep inner peace that comes from forgiveness.

We are also praying for the woman recovering from cancer that it will not return and that she will be strengthened and protected at home, and for the woman who had a stroke and struggles to speak, that the Lord would heal her and restore her speech.

May the Lord keep you in His perfect peace as you keep your mind on Him and trust Him, strengthen you when you are weak, and guard you and your brother and your home. We continue to lift all of these needs to our Father in the name of Jesus, asking for His healing, provision, protection and peace according to His gracious will.
