We join with you in lifting up our brother in ### before the throne of grace and we agree together for the healing of his lungs and bronchial tubes and for deliverance from all suffocation and distress in breathing.
We thank you for praying in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is by His wounds we are healed. As it is written, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3, and But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5. We cling to the promise that I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17, and we remember that you are Yahweh who heals us Exodus 15:26.
We pray together now, Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we pour out our hearts for our brother. We ask You to pour out Your Holy Spirit upon his entire being, spirit, soul and body, and to touch his lungs and bronchial tubes with Your healing hand. Lord, You formed man and breathed into him the breath of life, and the Spirit of God has made us and the breath of the Almighty gives us life Job 33:4. We ask that You open his airways, ease every inflammation, remove every obstruction and infection, and grant him free and easy breathing. Deliver him from all suffocation, fear and oppression, and let Your peace guard his heart and mind. We ask that You strengthen his faith as he waits on You and that You guide the hands of those who provide medical care, for You work through wisdom and knowledge for our good.
We encourage our brother to continue to trust in the Lord with all his heart and not to lean on his own understanding, to rest in the truth that Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18, and that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. Let him keep seeking You daily in prayer and in Your Word, giving thanks in all circumstances, and let his body be presented as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to You, remembering that his body is a temple of the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 6:19. We trust that as he abides in You, You will restore his strength and renew his breath, and he will mount up with wings like eagles.
We stand in faith with him believing for complete healing and restoration, that his testimony will bring glory to Your name and encouragement to many. In the mighty and merciful name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
