We are reminded of Your promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14 (WEB): "if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." Let us be a people who humble ourselves, seek Your face, and turn from our wicked ways, trusting in Your promise to heal our land.

We also take this opportunity to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Let us always come before the Father in the name of Jesus, believing that His death and resurrection have made a way for us to be forgiven, redeemed, and saved.

Together, we stand in faith, believing that God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20, WEB). May His will be done in this nation, and may His kingdom come, on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
