We understand your concern for the peace and climate of our country, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and intervention.
Firstly, we'd like you and others to know, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Acts 4:12 states, Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Let us remember to pray to him who supplies peace.
Therefore, since we have a great high priest, who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold tightly to our confession. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted in every way just as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need.
Let us come to Him, beseeching Him for our country.
We encourage everyone to seek the face of The Lord, as Christians we need to stand in the gap for our nation, its leaders, and its people, as it says in Ezekiel 22:30, I sought for a man among them who should build up the wall, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found none.
We pray, that we would be that Man or Woman to stand in the gap for our nation.
We pray, Lord Jesus, for the peace of our nation according to Your will. We ask that You would intervene and guide our leaders with Your wisdom. Turn the hearts of our compatriots towards You, that they may seek Your face and live in obedience to Your commandments. We ask that You would bless our nation with a favorable climate, providing us with the necessary resources to live and serve You. Protect our land from natural disasters and guide us to be good stewards of Your creation.
We pray this in Jesus Name.
In times of uncertainty, we encourage everyone to trust in the Lord and draw near to Him. Psalm 46:1-3 reminds us, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling.
We pray that God's will is to grant peace and a favorable climate to our country, and that He hears our prayers and grants our requests according to His perfect plan.
Finally, we ask everyone to remember, that we are to obey God's will and live according to His commandments, being His witnesses. (Matthew 28:19-20)
We pray for the unity of Christians together in Jesus name.
