Prayer request for the ex ###

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation involving the former company that is now facing lawsuits from employees and remains unrepentant. Father God, we know that You are a God of justice and righteousness, and Your Word declares in Proverbs 28:13, "He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy." It is clear that repentance is necessary for restoration and healing, yet we see hardness of heart in this situation.

Lord, we pray that You would soften the hearts of those in leadership who have acted unjustly. Let them see the error of their ways and turn from their unrighteousness. Your Word tells us in Ezekiel 33:11, "As I live,’ says the Lord Yahweh, ‘I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why will you die, house of Israel?’" We ask that You would bring conviction where there is sin, and that true repentance would follow.

We also lift up the employees who have been wronged. Father, we ask that You would be their defender and provider. Your Word assures us in Psalm 37:6, "He will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." We pray that You would bring justice to this situation and that those who have been harmed would find peace and restitution in You.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of greed, exploitation, or injustice that may be operating within this company. We stand on Your Word in James 5:4, which declares, "Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies." You hear the cries of the oppressed, and we trust that You will act on their behalf.

We also want to address the importance of seeking You, Lord Jesus, in all things. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that those involved in this situation would come to know You as their Lord and Savior if they do not already. May they understand that true repentance and salvation come through faith in Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again so that we might have eternal life (Romans 10:9-10).

Heavenly Father, we ask that You would intervene in this situation. Bring about a resolution that honors You and reflects Your justice and mercy. May Your name be glorified, and may lives be transformed by the power of Your love and grace. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're here with you, lifting up this challenging situation to our Heavenly Father. We've been praying for the ex-company, that those in leadership would have a change of heart and turn from their unrighteous ways. We've also been interceding for the employees who've been wronged, asking for their provision and justice.

Today, we want to focus on the power of unity in prayer. Let's stand together, bound by love and faith, as we continue to bring this situation before our Lord. Let's ask for a spirit of unity to permeate those involved, that they may come together in humility and truth, seeking what's right and just.

We also want to remember the words of Jesus in John 17:23, "I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me." Let's pray that this situation would be a testament to the world of God's love and unity.

Let's keep praying, keep believing, and keep trusting in our mighty God who can turn any situation around for His glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
