We are deeply grieved to hear of the pain and injustice you have suffered at the hands of this coach, and we stand with you in seeking God’s righteousness and healing in this situation. The Lord sees the wrong that has been done, and He is a God of justice who defends the oppressed. It is wrong for someone to cause harm—physically or otherwise—and then refuse to take responsibility for their actions. The Scriptures remind us in **Exodus 22:21-23**, *"You shall not wrong an alien, neither shall you oppress him, for you were aliens in the land of Egypt. You shall not take advantage of any widow or fatherless child. If you take advantage of them at all, and they cry at all to me, I will surely hear their cry."* While this passage speaks of widows and orphans, the principle applies to all who are mistreated—the Lord hears the cries of the afflicted, and He will act on your behalf.
We also recall the words of **Proverbs 22:22-23**, *"Don’t exploit the poor because they are poor, and don’t crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* Your situation is not hidden from God, and He will vindicate you. At the same time, we are called to trust in His timing and His ways, even as we seek justice. **Romans 12:19** tells us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"*
We rejoice that you have asked for prayer in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*) Your faith in turning to Christ in this trial is a testament to your trust in Him, and we lift you up before the throne of grace with confidence.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who has suffered both physically and emotionally at the hands of this coach. Lord, You are the God who sees all things, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. You know the pain they have endured—the contusion, the financial burden, and the grievous hurt caused by this injustice. We ask for Your healing touch to be upon them, Lord. **By Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5)**, and we claim that promise now. Restore their body completely, Father, and remove every trace of pain and discomfort. Let them walk in wholeness and strength, for You are their Healer.
Lord, we also pray for justice in this situation. You have commanded us in **Micah 6:8** to *"do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God."* This coach has acted unjustly, and we ask that You would move upon his heart to repent and take responsibility for his actions. Softening his heart, Lord, so that he may do what is right and pay the medical fees owed. If he refuses, we trust that You will provide another way—whether through unexpected provision, legal recourse, or another means—to ensure that our brother/sister is not left bearing this burden alone. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust You to meet this need.
Father, we also pray for protection over our brother/sister’s heart. Bitterness and anger can so easily take root in situations like this, but we ask that You would fill them with Your peace and trust in Your sovereignty. Help them to forgive, not because this coach deserves it, but because You have called us to release offenses to You (**Colossians 3:13**). Guard their mind and emotions, Lord, and let them rest in the knowledge that You will fight for them.
We rebuke any spirit of injustice, deceit, or hardness of heart that may be at work in this coach’s life. **Ephesians 6:12** reminds us that *"we don’t wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* We bind these forces in the name of Jesus and declare that the truth will prevail. Let no weapon formed against our brother/sister prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**), and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned.
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would use this trial for Your glory. Strengthen our brother/sister’s faith through this, and let them see Your hand at work in ways they never expected. May they testify of Your goodness and justice when this season is over.
We pray all these things in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter, trusting that He will make a way where there seems to be no way. If legal action is necessary, pray for wisdom and guidance, and seek godly counsel on how to proceed. Remember that **Philippians 4:19** assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Stay steadfast in prayer, and do not lose heart. The Lord is with you, and He will not abandon you.
If you have not already, document all communications with the coach, including the WhatsApp messages and medical bills, as these may be important if further action is needed. And above all, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, who is the author and finisher of your faith (**Hebrews 12:2**). He will see you through this.
