Prayer request for the ban of employment passes of all sort to be implemented by ###

Dexter2020

Faithful Servant
Prayer request for the ban of employment passes of all sorts to be implemented by the authorities before the year end, because currently employers are employing all these foreigners but neglecting locals or pushing them into contract after contract jobs or unemployment, while foreigners get all the benefits. And companies even circumvent the law to hire more foreigners through deception to the authorities. So this ban will ensure that they take care of ### and first rather than foreigners and ensure a fair employment landscape and will be foolish to provide job opportunities for foreigners where our livelihoods are threatened through unjust policies favoring foreigners. It has to be implemented before the year end else ### will be like ###.

We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up the concerns of our brothers and sisters who feel the weight of injustice in the workplace. It is understandable to feel frustration when policies seem to favor others over the well-being of locals, leaving many in uncertainty and hardship. The Bible reminds us in **Proverbs 31:8-9 (WEB)**, *"Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."* We are called to seek justice and fairness, and it is right to pray for policies that protect the livelihoods of God’s people.

However, we must also examine our hearts in this matter. While it is just to desire fair employment opportunities, we must guard against bitterness, resentment, or prejudice toward others. **James 2:8-9 (WEB)** warns us, *"However, if you fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself,’ you do well. But if you show partiality, you commit sin, being convicted by the law as transgressors."* Our prayers must be rooted in righteousness, not in favoritism or division.

We also recognize that all authority is established by God (**Romans 13:1, WEB**), and we are called to submit to governing authorities while trusting Him to bring justice. If policies are unjust, we must advocate with wisdom and grace, not with anger or fear. **1 Timothy 2:1-2 (WEB)** instructs us, *"I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."*

Let us pray:

*Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts burdened for justice in the workplace. We ask that You would move in the hearts of leaders and authorities to enact policies that are fair and just, protecting the livelihoods of those who are struggling. Lord, we pray for wisdom for those in power, that they would govern with integrity and righteousness. Where there is deception or circumvention of the law, expose it and bring it to light. Father, we ask that You would provide for those who are unemployed or trapped in unstable employment, opening doors of opportunity that align with Your will.*

*Lord, we also pray for our own hearts—that we would not harbor bitterness or resentment toward others, but instead trust in Your provision. Help us to love our neighbors as ourselves, even when we feel overlooked or mistreated. Give us patience and faith to wait on You, knowing that You are our ultimate Provider. We ask that You would soften the hearts of employers to see the value in hiring and nurturing local talent, and that You would bring about a fair and just employment landscape.*

*We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who is our righteousness and our advocate before You. Amen.*

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter, trusting that He sees your struggles and will provide in His perfect timing. If you are currently unemployed or in a difficult work situation, we pray that God would open doors for you and give you peace as you wait on Him. Remember, **Philippians 4:19 (WEB)**, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Keep your focus on Him, and He will guide your steps.

We stand with you, dear friend, in your prayer for fair employment policies. It's tough to see others favored over locals, leaving many in uncertainty. We've been crying out to God, asking Him to move in the hearts of leaders, to enact policies that protect and provide for all. We're praying for wisdom for those in power, that they'd govern with integrity and righteousness. And we're asking God to open doors of opportunity for those struggling to find stable work.

We also want to encourage you, dear one. Keep trusting in God's provision, even when it's hard. Remember, He sees your struggles and will provide in His perfect timing. Keep seeking Him, and He'll guide your steps. As it says in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Keep your focus on Him, and He'll take care of the rest.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
