We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your ### in prayer. Father God, we ask for Your healing hand to rest upon him as he battles jaundice and the concerns surrounding these cysts. You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and knows every part of our bodies. We declare Your promise from Psalm 103:2-3, *"Bless the Lord, O my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."* Lord, we trust in Your power to heal and restore. We pray that these cysts would be benign and that You would ease his back pain, bringing comfort and strength to his body.
Father, we also ask that You would give wisdom to the doctors and medical professionals treating him. Guide their hands and their decisions, that they may be instruments of Your healing. We know that all things are possible with You, and we stand on Your word in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord."*
We rebuke fear and anxiety in this situation, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray for peace to surround your ### and your family during this time, trusting that You are in control. May he feel Your presence and know that he is not alone.
We also want to gently remind you of the hope we have in Christ Jesus. It is only through His name that we can come boldly before Your throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If your ### does not yet know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, we pray that this trial would draw him closer to the truth of the Gospel. Jesus said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."* We pray that he would place his faith in Christ, finding eternal hope and peace.
Lord, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, believing that You hear our prayers and will move on his behalf. Strengthen his body, calm his spirit, and bring glory to Your name through his healing. Amen.
