We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your dear friend Paras Jassal to the Lord our God. The Scriptures tell us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We recognize the spiritual battle raging for his soul, and we stand firm in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already overcome the powers of darkness.
We rebuke every demonic spirit that has taken hold of Paras in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Word of God declares in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We command every unclean spirit to loose its grip and depart from him, for it is written in Mark 16:17, "These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons." We declare that Paras is a child of God, created for His glory, and we plead the blood of Jesus over him, which cleanses from all sin and breaks every chain.
Lord God, we pray for Paras’ salvation with urgency and compassion. Romans 10:13 tells us, "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved." We ask that You draw him to Yourself with cords of love, soften his heart, and open his eyes to the truth of the Gospel. Let him see his need for a Savior and turn to Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict him of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and that he would surrender his life fully to You.
Father, we also pray for protection over Paras. Surround him with Your angels, as it is written in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." Shield his mind from the lies of the enemy and fill him with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We ask that You bring godly believers into Paras’ life who will speak truth, love, and encouragement to him. Let him be surrounded by those who will pray for him, share the Gospel with him, and walk alongside him in faith. May he come to know the love of Christ, which surpasses knowledge, and be filled with all the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:19).
Lord, we also lift up the one who has submitted this request. Strengthen their faith as they intercede for their friend. Remind them that their prayers are powerful and effective (James 5:16), and that You are faithful to answer the cries of Your children. Give them wisdom, patience, and perseverance as they continue to pray and trust in Your timing.
We declare that Paras is not abandoned to the enemy. The Lord is his light and his salvation, whom shall he fear? (Psalm 27:1). We speak life, freedom, and deliverance over him in the name of Jesus Christ. We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for the victory that is already won through the cross. We trust in Your mercy and grace to bring Paras into Your kingdom.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
