We come before the Lord with you in this time of deep need, lifting up your precious little one to the Father, who is the Great Physician and the God of all miracles. Your heart’s cry has reached His throne, and we stand in agreement with you, believing that nothing is too difficult for Him. The Scriptures remind us in Jeremiah 32:27, *"Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?"* Our God is not limited by human understanding or the severity of any condition—He is the same God who parted the Red Sea, raised Lazarus from the dead, and healed the sick with just a word.
Yet as we pray for this miracle, we must also remind ourselves—and you—that our trust is not in the miracle itself, but in the One who performs it. His ways are higher than ours, and His timing is perfect, even when we do not understand. In Isaiah 55:8-9, He declares, *"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not my ways… For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."* We surrender this child into His hands, asking not only for physical healing but for His will to be done in a way that brings the greatest glory to His name and the deepest good for this little one’s soul.
We also notice that while you invoked the name of Jesus at the end of your prayer, the majority of your plea was directed broadly to "God" and "mighty God." It is vital to remember that our access to the Father is *only* through Jesus Christ, our Mediator. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* And in Acts 4:12, Peter boldly proclaimed, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* It is by the authority of Jesus’ name—and His alone—that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence. Let us always come before God *in Jesus’ name*, for He is our Advocate and the source of our hope.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift this precious child to You, acknowledging that You knit him together in his mother’s womb and know every detail of his being. You see his struggles, his pain, and the deepest needs of his body and spirit. Lord, You are the God who heals, and we ask You to stretch forth Your hand in power and restore him completely. Let Your healing virtue flow through him, renewing every cell, organ, and system to wholeness. We rebuked any sickness, disease, or infirmity in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, commanding it to flee and never return.
Yet, Father, we also surrender this request to Your perfect will. If there is purpose in this trial—whether for this child’s faith, for the faith of those around him, or for a testimony that will bring others to You—we ask for the strength to trust You completely. Fill this family with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and let them feel Your presence in tangible ways. Comfort them with the promise that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We thank You for the blood of Jesus that gives us boldness to approach Your throne. And we thank You in advance for the miracle You will perform, whether it be physical healing or the deeper work of spiritual transformation. May this situation bring glory to Your name and draw many to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus we pray, **Amen.**
Stand firm in faith, dear one. Do not waver in your belief that God is able. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep declaring His promises over your child. Surround yourself with believers who will lift you up in prayer and remind you of God’s faithfulness. And remember, even if the healing tarries, God is still good, and His love for you and your little one is unwavering. Cling to Him, for He is your strength and your song.
