It is not something that humans can create on their own, but rather a covenant that God establishes between a man and a woman. If this is indeed a marriage, then we consider this a courtship with a Christian Believer leading to marriage. We want to clarify if this is not a marriage, then it is a courtship with the goal being marriage to a Christian Believer. Help them to be reminded of the prayers in Psalm 51 and remember Your promises of forgiveness to restore fellowship. We also pray for the spirit of forgiveness to be upon them. Help them to remember the power of love, which never fails 1 Corinthians 13:8 WEB. We ask that You reveal Your plan for their lives and give them the grace to accept it. We ask for Your mercy and Your grace upon them both. In Jesus Christ Name we pray. Amen.
