We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent request for employment. Father God, we know that You are the Provider of all good things, and every job and opportunity comes from Your hand. We ask that You open doors of favor and blessing for this dear one seeking work in ### before their visit visa expires. Lord, You know the financial strain and the weight of uncertainty they carry—we ask that You move mightily on their behalf.
We declare that the Lord is our Shepherd, and we shall not be in want (Psalm 23:1). We trust in Your promise that those who seek You lack no good thing (Psalm 34:10). Father, we pray for divine connections, wisdom in interviews, and favor with potential employers. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also take a moment to rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or desperation that may be trying to take root. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We stand on Your Word, which says that if we delight ourselves in You, You will give us the desires of our heart (Psalm 37:4). We declare that this is not a time for panic but for faith—faith that You are working even when we cannot see it.
Lord, if there are any areas where this situation may be influenced by unconfessed sin, disobedience, or a lack of trust in Your provision, we ask for conviction and repentance. Forgive us for any anxiety that has taken our eyes off You. Remind us that You feed the birds of the air and clothe the lilies of the field—how much more will You care for us, Your beloved children (Matthew 6:26-30)?
