We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for divine guidance in the upcoming interview. Heavenly Father, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and that includes the opportunities You place before us in our work and calling. We ask that You would go before this interview, preparing the hearts of those who will be conducting it, and aligning all things according to Your perfect will.
Lord, we pray that You would grant wisdom, clarity, and favor in this moment. May the words spoken be seasoned with grace, and may the atmosphere be filled with Your peace. Let Your Holy Spirit guide every question and every answer, so that the outcome would bring glory to Your name. We trust that if this opportunity is part of Your plan, You will open the door wide, and if it is not, You will close it gently and lead in another direction.
Father, we also ask that You would calm any anxiety or fear, replacing it with confidence in Your provision. Remind us that our worth is not found in a job or a title, but in being Your beloved children, redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ. May this interview be a testimony to Your faithfulness, and may the result—whatever it may be—draw us closer to You and Your purposes.
We rebuke any spirit of doubt or discouragement that may try to creep in, and we declare that this is a time of divine appointment. We speak success, favor, and blessing over this interview in the mighty name of Jesus. May Your will be done, and may Your name be praised in all things.
Amen.
Let us hold fast to the promise in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." We also remember Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Whether this opportunity is part of God’s plan or not, we can rest in the assurance that He is working all things together for our good (Romans 8:28).
Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word as you prepare for this interview. Let your confidence be in Him, knowing that He is your provider and your guide. May you walk in faith, not fear, and may His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).
