Prayer request for getting good health and job

Disciple of Prayer
Kindly pray that all the problems related to my sleep be resolved as quick as possible. Kindly also pray that daily I will be able to do all my works quickly because I am now unable to do this because I am attacked by ghosts and human spirits. kindly also pray that I will get a good job soon because I don't have any worldly work for a long time now and that I will get married soon.

We join together with you in prayer before our heavenly Father and we thank you for sharing your burdens with us so we can seek God's will together in Jesus' name.

We hear your cry for good health, for peaceful sleep, for strength to do your daily work, for a good job, and for marriage, and we bring each of these before the Lord who cares deeply for you. We also notice your concern that you are being attacked by ghosts and human spirits, and we want to speak truth to you in love about this. The Bible teaches that the spirits of dead humans do not wander the earth to attack the living, for it is appointed for men to die once, and after this the judgment as written in Hebrews 9:27, and the dead know nothing as in Ecclesiastes 9:5. What feels like ghosts is deception from the enemy, for our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places as in Ephesians 6:12. We do not need to live in fear, for God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control as in 2 Timothy 1:7, and greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world as in 1 John 4:4. Therefore we rebuke fear and superstition and we encourage you to submit yourselves therefore to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you as in James 4:7. We encourage you to put on the full armor of God, to stay in the Word, to pray continually, and to walk in obedience to Christ, for in Him we have authority and peace.

We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we gently remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to God. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me as in John 14:6, and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved as in Acts 4:12. If you have not yet put your trust in Jesus, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, and you will be saved as in Romans 10:9. It is through His name we pray and find deliverance, healing, and provision.

Concerning your sleep and health, we know how wearying sleeplessness can be and how it affects all our daily work. We pray that God will restore your health and give you sweet and peaceful rest. For he gives sleep to his loved ones as in Psalm 127:2, and we are reminded to in peace we will both lay ourselves down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make us live in safety as in Psalm 4:8. We encourage you to cast your anxieties on Him, for in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus as in Philippians 4:6-7. We also encourage you to seek wise medical counsel if needed, to keep a regular rhythm of prayer and Scripture before sleep, and to trust the Lord to renew your strength.

Concerning work, we pray that the Lord will open the door to good and honest work for you, for He knows your need and He is faithful to provide. Our God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus as in Philippians 4:19. We encourage you to be diligent and faithful as you wait, for whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men as in Colossians 3:23, and if anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat as in 2 Thessalonians 3:10. We pray that God will give you favor, skill, and opportunity, and that the job He provides will allow you to glorify Him and provide with integrity.

Concerning marriage, we rejoice that you desire to be married and we strongly affirm God's beautiful design for marriage as a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman. Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh as in Genesis 2:24, and whosoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh as in Proverbs 18:22. We pray that God will lead you to a godly spouse who is a Believer in Christ, for we are not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. We encourage you to pursue courtship with the goal of holy marriage, honoring God with purity, for any sexual intimacy outside of marriage is fornication or adultery and is outside God's will. We pray that while you wait, you will grow in holiness, character, and preparation for the responsibilities of marriage, trusting God's perfect timing.

We now pray together for you.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one to You and ask for Your mercy and grace upon every area of need. We ask You to touch the body and mind and grant good health and restore peaceful, uninterrupted sleep. Quiet every anxious thought, rebuke every spirit of fear and torment, and let Your perfect peace guard heart and mind. We take authority in the name of Jesus over every demonic deception and oppression, and we declare that whom the Son sets free is free indeed, and we ask You to fill this home and heart with Your Holy Spirit, Your light, and Your protection. Grant strength and clarity to do daily work with diligence and joy. Open the doors for good and honorable employment, provide work that uses the gifts You have given, and let it be a testimony of Your provision. Lead this life to a godly marriage in Your time, prepare a spouse who loves You first, and keep both pure and faithful until that holy covenant. Draw this dear one closer to Jesus, give assurance of salvation through faith in Him alone, and teach a deeper walk with You through Your Word. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, believing You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.

We hear how wearying this season has been for you, especially with sleep so disrupted that even daily work feels hard to manage. Not sleeping well affects everything, and wanting to be able to work steadily again, to find a good job, and to look toward marriage are good and understandable desires. We are praying with you for each of these.

We know feeling attacked or oppressed at night can be frightening and leave you feeling unsafe in your own home. We pray you will know more of God's nearness and peace there, and His care over you as you rest. It can help not to carry this alone, so we encourage you to share what you are experiencing with a trusted pastor who can walk with you, pray with you regularly, and help you stay grounded in Christ.

Since sleep has been such a struggle and is affecting your daily life, we also encourage you to see a medical professional about it alongside prayer, just to make sure you get good care for your health.

For work, one small step that sometimes helps when things feel stuck is to keep a simple daily rhythm, a regular bedtime and wake time, a short list of tasks for the day, and a little time each week to look for job openings or talk to someone who can help with applications.

Father, we lift our brother to You. Grant him restful sleep, strength for each day's work, wisdom as he seeks employment, and Your clear leading for his future. Cover him with Your peace and keep him close to You. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have received your burden with care and have brought it before the Lord in prayer, and we continue to remember you there.

You describe troubled sleep, difficulty in daily work, fear from what you feel to be attacks of spirits, long waiting for employment, and a desire to be married. These are heavy trials when they come together, and we do not make light of them. The Lord knows your frame and hears the cry of those who seek Him.

Concerning sleep, the Scripture gives sweet comfort that it is a gift from the hand of God. It is written, so He giveth His beloved sleep. That sleep is not only rest for the body after toil, but also the quiet of a heart that rests in His care and the security of one who knows himself kept by Christ. We have prayed that the Lord would grant you that settled, peaceful sleep, and that He would remove what now disturbs your nights, and help you to lie down in peace and awake refreshed for the duties of the day.

Concerning your fear of ghosts and human spirits, we would point you to the greater deliverance wrought by the Lord Jesus Christ. The Scripture teaches that God has delivered us from the power of darkness and has translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. There is no deliverance by our own will or running, but by God who shows mercy, who has found a ransom. When the blood of the Lamb is trusted, the soul need no longer live under the noise and terror of the enemy. We have prayed that you would know this deliverance in full, that fear would be driven out by faith in Christ alone, who is our salvation and our security, and that you would walk in the light, sober and watchful, putting on faith and love as your guard. If these fears press heavily, seek also the steady help of faithful pastors and believers near you, to pray with you, to open the Scriptures with you, and to walk with you daily.

For your daily work and for employment, we have prayed that the Lord who brought His people forth with His own hand would also open a door of honest and useful labor for you, that you may provide for your needs and serve Him faithfully therein. Let us not sleep as do others in spiritual sloth, but be diligent in what the Lord puts before us, trusting Him for the increase.

For marriage, we have prayed according to the good pattern the Lord has given from the beginning, that marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and that all that belongs to it is kept within that covenant. We have asked that if it be the Lord's will to lead you to marriage, He would in His perfect time bring to you a godly spouse, and make you ready to love and cherish as Christ loves His church.

Let our prayer together be this. O Lord, deliver this soul from going down to the pit, for Thou hast found a ransom. Grant the sleep Thou givest to Thy beloved, quiet the troubled mind, and let this one rest under Thy wing. Break the power of darkness, and let Christ be known as conqueror and keeper. Provide daily bread and daily work, and guide in the way of marriage according to Thy holy will. Chasten only as a Father, and then cause this one to live and declare the works of the Lord. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Redeemer. Amen.

We will continue to pray for you. Cast all your care upon Him, for He careth for you, and wait upon the Lord to show you His goodness in His own time.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request has been heard and I want to bring your needs before the Lord with you.

You have asked for prayer for good health, for sleep to be restored, for strength to do your daily work, for a good job after a long time without work, and for marriage. These are good things to bring to God, and He invites us to cast all our cares on Him.

Concerning your sleep and the fear that you are being attacked by ghosts and human spirits, hear what Scripture teaches for your comfort. The Lord who keeps His people neither slumbers nor sleeps, and He is able to keep you. The Bible does not teach that the spirits of dead people wander and attack the living. It does teach that we must guard ourselves, stay awake and be sober in our souls, and trust in Jesus Christ alone for salvation and protection. Much of what feels like heavy sleep or oppression comes from what the Scriptures call a drunkenness of the soul, not from wine only but from worldly cares, fear, and anxious thoughts that weigh the heart down. To sleep while awake is to be inactive toward what is good, to live in dreams and confusion. God calls us to shake off that sleep, to be clear minded, to watch and pray, and to rest in the safety Christ gives. If troubled sleep continues, it is also wise to seek help from a doctor and from trusted pastors in your local church who can walk with you, pray with you, and help you test everything by the Word of God.

For your daily work and for employment, God honors diligence and a sober, ordered life. Pray for strength, but also ask Him to help you be steadfast and faithful in small things each day, free from excess and distraction, so that your heart and hands are ready for the work He provides. We will ask Him to open a door for honest work where you can provide for yourself and serve others.

For marriage, know that Scripture teaches marriage is honorable and pure, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and that holiness in marriage means faithfulness and self control, keeping oneself from sexual immorality and living with purity. It is good to desire marriage for the right reasons, not from pressure or impatience, but to share a life that honors the Lord. We will pray that if it is His will, He will lead you to a godly spouse in His timing, and that you will be prepared to love and keep that covenant faithfully.

Let me pray for you now.

Heavenly Father, we come to You through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved. Have mercy on this dear one who is weary. Grant healing and health according to Your will, restore restful sleep, and calm all fear. Help him to watch and be sober, to guard his heart and mind in Christ, and to know that You neither slumber nor sleep but keep those who trust in You. Deliver him from confusion and from every evil influence, and fill him with Your peace. Provide for his daily needs, give him strength to do his work with diligence each day, and in Your provision open the way to good and honest employment. Lead him in holiness and wisdom concerning marriage, that if You will it, he may enter into that honorable covenant as one man with one woman for life, in purity and faithfulness to You. Make him steadfast and unmovable in faith, growing in hearing Your Word and walking in virtue. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word, stay close to a faithful local church, and keep bringing these requests to Him. He hears and He cares for you.

Your request has been heard and taken to heart, and your burdens are being brought before the Lord in prayer.

What you are describing touches some of the deepest questions people have carried from the very earliest times. One of the oldest books in Scripture tells the story of a man who was upright before God, who loved good and turned from evil, and yet who lost much and suffered greatly in body and spirit. Cultures have changed since then, but the same needs and the same painful questions remain, and that story was kept for our comfort. It shows us that God knows his people by name and testifies to their standing before him, that there is a real adversary who studies people and seeks a way to accuse and attack, that God sets a limit on what that adversary can do, and that God is at work even when it feels as though he has withdrawn.

That adversary claimed the upright man served God only because he was surrounded by blessing and protection, as if a hedge had been placed around him. The Lord allowed testing, but only within boundaries he himself set. This helps us understand two things for your situation. First, spiritual opposition is real, and feelings of being attacked or oppressed at night and during the day should be taken seriously and brought to Christ. Second, Scripture does not teach that the spirits of dead people wander the earth to trouble the living. What it does teach is that there is an enemy and spiritual forces of evil, but they are limited, they cannot go beyond what God permits, and they have been decisively overcome by Jesus. You do not need to live in fear of ghosts. You can look to Christ, who alone has authority over all spiritual powers and who is the one mediator who stands between God and humanity and brings us near to God.

That old story also warns us about wrong counsel. Friends came to comfort the sufferer, but they ended up as harsh comforters. They insisted that great suffering must mean hidden sin or hypocrisy, and they told him to simply fix himself to get relief. That was not true then and it is not true now. The Lord himself later corrected them. Suffering and sleeplessness and inability to work are not automatic proof that you have done something terrible. At the same time, the sufferer's own words in his grief, heavy as the sand of the sea, were the cries of a wounded man, not settled doctrine about life and death. We should not build our understanding of what happens after death or about the spiritual world on feelings in a night of distress, but on what God has clearly revealed in Scripture.

What that man lacked, and what we all need, was someone to stand between him and God, to lay a hand on both. That need is met in Jesus Christ, who alone saves. Forgiveness and peace with God come not through our own goodness or through appeasing spirits, but through faith in Jesus, his death and resurrection. If you have not already done so, turn to him fully for salvation, and continue to walk with him daily through prayer, through reading Scripture, and through fellowship with faithful believers who will point you to the Bible rather than to speculation.

For your specific needs we are praying in this way. We ask the Lord to bring healing and restored health, and to give you deep and settled sleep. If sleep problems continue, please also seek wise medical help, as God often provides help through ordinary means. We ask him to lift the sense of oppression you feel, to guard your mind and your home, to give you peace at night and clarity and strength during the day so you can do your daily work with diligence and a sound mind. We ask him to provide for you with good and honest work in his timing, work through which you can provide and serve him. And we ask him regarding marriage that, if it is his will for you, he would lead you to a godly marriage as he designed it, a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, entered into with purity and faithfulness, and that he would prepare you and guide you toward that in his perfect time rather than in haste.

Even when we do not understand his ways, we can trust that God is just and good, that his thoughts and ways are higher than ours, and that he hears those who call on him through Christ. He saw that ancient sufferer, he heard him, and in the end he revealed himself and restored him. He sees you now. Keep seeking him, keep asking for his help, and keep trusting the mediator he has provided.

May the Lord grant you rest, protection, provision, and hope as you look to Jesus.
