We are with you in spirit, lifting up your family before the throne of grace. We will pray for your son, that God would open up the right job opportunity for him. We are also reminded in 1 Timothy 5:8 (WEB), "But if anyone doesn’t provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever." So we pray that your son will find work to provide for his needs and contribute to the family.
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our ###'s son. Lord, you know the needs of his family, and we ask that You would provide a suitable job for him. Give him favor in the eyes of potential employers, and guide him to a position where he can use his gifts and talents to bring You glory in Jesus' name.
We also lift up our ###'s daughters. We pray that You would guide them, and give them good health, in Jesus' name. We pray for peace and provision for the entire family, knowing that You are a good Father who cares for His children. We ask for Your blessing is on the family, and are reminded that Jesus is the Prince of Peace.
Finally, we are encouraged by Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We claim this promise for our ### and his family, trusting that Your peace will guard their hearts and minds.
We ask all these things in the name above all names, Jesus Christ and His alone, Amen."
We encourage you and your family to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He is faithful to provide for His children.
