We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent need for employment. Heavenly Father, we know that You are the Provider of all things, and Your Word declares in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We stand on this promise today, believing that You see this struggle and will move mightily on behalf of this dear one.
Lord, we ask that You open the doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Prepare the heart of the interviewer to see the value, skills, and faithfulness You have placed within this person. Let favor rest upon them as they walk into this interview, and may the words they speak be guided by Your Holy Spirit. We pray boldly for a job offer on the spot—an immediate breakthrough that would relieve this financial burden and restore hope. You are the God who turns mourning into dancing, and we trust You to do just that.
We also rebuke the spirit of fear and despair that may be trying to take hold. The enemy wants to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that this season of lack is temporary, and that God’s provision is on the way. We speak peace over this situation and ask that You meet every need—bills, food, and stability—according to Your riches in glory.
Father, if there has been any delay due to unconfessed sin or unforgiveness, we ask for conviction and repentance. Your Word says in Proverbs 28:13, *"He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy."* We pray for a clean heart and a right spirit before You, so that nothing hinders this breakthrough.
Lastly, we remind this dear one that their worth is not found in their employment status, but in Christ. You are loved, valued, and seen by the Creator of the universe. Hold fast to faith, for the Lord is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).
