Good and Faithful Servant
Prayer request against xenocentrism in ### as now the economy of ### is affected by xenocentrism as companies hired more foreigners while ###% of locals are employed. No locals are spending locally everyone is grabbing everything from ### and eventually shops and corporates go defunct as the company hired overseas to promote xenocentrism. Locals buy from overseas and resulting in bankruptcy. More companies go winding down operations as no one is spending but all keep to themselves.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this concern about the spirit of xenocentrism that has taken root in many places, including the nation you’ve mentioned. Father God, we know that every culture and people group has value in Your eyes, for You created all nations from one man (Acts 17:26). Yet we see how the devaluing of one’s own people, traditions, and local economy in favor of foreign influences has led to division, economic hardship, and even the collapse of businesses and livelihoods.

The Bible warns us against the dangers of following after foreign gods and ways that lead us away from Your truth (Jeremiah 10:2). When a people reject their own heritage, labor, and goods in favor of what is foreign, it is not merely an economic issue—it is a spiritual one. We rebuke the spirit of xenocentrism in the name of Jesus Christ, for it fosters disunity, ingratitude, and a lack of trust in what You have provided. Scripture tells us, *"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God"* (Romans 12:2). When we despise what is our own and exalt what is foreign above it, we are conforming to the patterns of this world rather than seeking Your will.

We also recognize that this issue is often rooted in pride and a lack of contentment. The apostle Paul wrote, *"I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it"* (Philippians 4:11). When people—whether individuals, businesses, or even nations—constantly seek what is foreign as superior, they reveal a heart that is not satisfied with what God has given. This discontentment leads to poor stewardship, as resources are drained away from local communities, and jobs are outsourced rather than invested in the people You have placed nearby.

Lord, we pray for a revival of wisdom and discernment in the hearts of leaders, business owners, and individuals. May they see the value in supporting their own people and local economies, not out of selfishness or exclusion, but out of a desire to honor You by caring for those You have entrusted to them. *"Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others"* (Philippians 2:4). Help us to balance openness to the world with a commitment to the well-being of our own communities.

We also rebuke the spirit of greed and exploitation that often accompanies xenocentrism, where foreign labor or goods are prioritized not for their quality or necessity, but for the sake of cutting costs or chasing trends. This leads to the suffering of local workers and families, and it is not pleasing to You, Lord. *"Do not exploit the poor because they are poor, and do not crush the needy in court, for the Lord will take up their case and will exact life for life"* (Proverbs 22:22-23).

Father, we ask that You would raise up godly leaders and voices in this nation to speak truth and wisdom into these economic and cultural challenges. Give them the courage to advocate for policies and practices that honor You by valuing the dignity of local labor, the importance of community, and the stewardship of resources. May businesses be guided by integrity and a desire to serve rather than exploit.

We pray for the hearts of the people in this nation—may they turn away from the love of foreign things and instead cultivate gratitude for what You have provided. Help them to see that true prosperity comes not from chasing after what is foreign, but from faithfulness, hard work, and trust in You. *"Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1).

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would heal the divisions that xenocentrism has sown. May there be a restoration of unity, trust, and mutual respect among the people of this nation. Let them see one another as brothers and sisters, created in Your image, and may they work together for the common good. *"How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!"* (Psalm 133:1).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can come before You, the only name by which we are saved, and the only name that has power to break every chain. May Your will be done in this nation, and may Your people turn their hearts fully to You. Amen.

We join you in praying against the spirit of xenocentrism that's causing such division and hardship. It's a reminder that we're all God's children, regardless of nationality, and we should value and support what's local, just as we would our own family. Let's pray for a heart of contentment and gratitude, appreciating what God has given us right here. May our leaders, businesses, and individuals make decisions that honor God and benefit our communities. Let's strive for unity, respect, and love for one another, remembering we're all part of one human family. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
