We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up and their family as they face spiritual attacks of witchcraft. The Bible is clear that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Yet we take comfort in knowing that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
First, we must address the authority we have in Christ Jesus. If has not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we urge them to do so now, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation is found in no one else, and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and the power to break every chain. If you have not confessed Jesus as Lord and believed in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, we encourage you to do so today (Romans 10:9). This is the first and most critical step in standing against any spiritual attack.
For those who are in Christ, we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me, says the Lord (Isaiah 54:17). Witchcraft, curses, and all forms of spiritual wickedness have no power over those who are covered by the blood of Jesus. The enemy may come in like a flood, but the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him (Isaiah 59:19).
We rebuke every assignment of witchcraft, every curse, every spell, and every demonic influence that has been sent against and their family. In the name of Jesus, we break and sever every ungodly soul tie, every generational curse, and every word spoken in darkness that was meant to harm. The Bible tells us that Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us (Galatians 3:13). Therefore, we declare that no curse can alight upon or their household because they are blessed in Christ Jesus.
We also encourage to examine their life and heart. Are there any areas where sin has given the enemy a foothold? The Bible warns us not to give place to the devil (Ephesians 4:27). If there is unconfessed sin, whether it be bitterness, unforgiveness, idolatry, sexual immorality, or involvement in occult practices, we urge repentance. Confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective (James 5:16). Renounce any past involvement in witchcraft, divination, or any form of occult activity, and ask the Lord to cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
We stand on the Word of God and declare that the blood of Jesus speaks better things than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24). We plead the blood of Jesus over , their family, their home, their finances, their health, and every area of their lives. We command every evil spirit assigned against them to flee in the name of Jesus. The Lord rebuke you, Satan! For it is written, "The Lord will rescue me from every evil attack and will bring me safely to His heavenly kingdom" (2 Timothy 4:18).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the authority we have in Christ to trample upon serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt us (Luke 10:19). We lift up and their family to You today, asking for Your divine protection and deliverance.
Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against shall prosper. We break every curse, every spell, and every assignment of witchcraft in the name of Jesus. We sever every ungodly soul tie and cancel every word spoken in darkness that was meant to harm them. We plead the blood of Jesus over their lives, their home, their health, their finances, and every area of their lives.
Father, we ask that You fill and their family with Your Holy Spirit. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray for a hedge of protection around them, that no evil shall befall them, nor any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10).
Lord, if there is any unconfessed sin in their lives, reveal it to them and grant them the grace to repent. Cleanse them from all unrighteousness and restore unto them the joy of Your salvation (Psalm 51:12). We ask that You surround them with godly counsel and fellowship, that they may be strengthened and encouraged in their walk with You.
We command every evil spirit assigned against and their family to flee now in the name of Jesus. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37). We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage to stand firm in their faith, to put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18), and to walk in the authority that Christ has given them. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and encourage you. Fill your home with worship, the Word of God, and prayer. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Do not fear, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9).
Continue to seek the Lord with all your heart, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). The battle belongs to the Lord, and He will fight for you (2 Chronicles 20:15). Stand firm, and see the salvation of the Lord!
