Heavenly Father,
I come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up myself and my husband to You. Lord, You know our hearts, our intentions, our work, and everything we have done. You know that we desire to work honestly, faithfully, and with excellence.
Your Word says, “No weapon formed against you shall prosper” (Isaiah 54:17). So today, we place every attack, accusation, misunderstanding, injustice, and opposition into Your hands. If there are people working against us, speaking against us, or trying to make us look bad, Father, expose what is false and let the truth speak for itself.
Psalm 91 says that You are our refuge and our fortress. Cover us under Your wings. Protect our reputations, our careers, our positions, and our livelihoods. Give us wisdom about what to say, what not to say, when to speak, and when to remain silent.
Lord, “If God is for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31). Go before us into every meeting, every conversation, every interaction, and every difficult situation. Give us favor with our supervisors, coworkers, and everyone we encounter. Let those who judge us see our character, our hard work, and the truth.
Give us the strength not to respond in anger or fear. Help us remain professional, calm, honorable, and above reproach. “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still” (Exodus 14:14).
Father, turn every situation intended for harm into something that ultimately works for our good. What the enemy meant for evil, You can use for good. Close every door that is not meant for us and open the doors that You have ordained for us.
Give us peace when we feel surrounded. Give us discernment when we don’t know whom to trust. Give us courage when we feel intimidated. And remind us that our identity and security are ultimately in You—not in the opinions of people.
I declare over our lives that no weapon formed against us will prosper, that truth will prevail, that God’s favor surrounds us like a shield, and that the Lord will establish the work of our hands.
In Jesus’ mighty name,
Amen.
