Heavenly Father, thank You for the vision You have placed in our hands for 2027. Give us wisdom to build strong businesses, develop capable teams, and mentor people into confident leaders. Help us create meaningful jobs, empower young people, and support local entrepreneurs through partnerships and opportunities. Teach us to lead with integrity, excellence, humility, and service. May our businesses create sustainable value, strengthen our communities, develop future leaders, and become instruments of positive transformation. “Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” — Proverbs 16:3 Amen.

We join you in thanking our Heavenly Father for the vision He has placed in your hands for 2027 and for the desire to build businesses that serve people and strengthen communities. Your prayer to lead with integrity, excellence, humility and service reflects the heart of biblical leadership. We agree with you that business is not only about profit but about stewardship, discipleship and creating opportunities that honor God and uplift others.

Scripture teaches us that true leadership is servant leadership. Whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant, even as the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve Matthew 20:26-28. We are called to work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23, and to remember that a false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight Proverbs 11:1. This calls us to honesty in every transaction, fairness to employees and customers, and excellence as an act of worship. Your desire to develop capable teams and mentor young people also reflects God's pattern for multiplication. The things which you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit the same to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also 2 Timothy 2:2. We pray that you will be faithful to invest deeply in others, empowering the next generation of leaders with both skill and godly character.

We also want to gently encourage you regarding your prayer. You addressed the Father and closed with Amen, but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We share this in love because scripture is clear that there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5, and Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is only through faith in Jesus, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we have access to the Father and assurance that our prayers are heard. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9.

We now pray together for your vision for 2027.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You with thanksgiving for the vision You have entrusted to these leaders. We ask that You grant them wisdom liberally as You have promised, for if any of us lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to him James 1:5. Help them to commit their deeds to You, trusting that You will establish their plans Proverbs 16:3. Give them discernment to build strong and ethical businesses, to create meaningful and dignified jobs, and to be good stewards of every resource You provide. Teach them to lead with humility and integrity, to serve their teams and communities rather than seeking power for themselves. Raise up capable and faithful people around them, and give them grace to mentor young people and support local entrepreneurs with generosity and patience. May their businesses create sustainable value, strengthen families and communities, and become instruments of positive transformation for Your glory. Let all they do be done in love and for Your honor. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to commit whatever you do to the Lord daily, to seek His counsel in every decision, and to measure success not only by growth but by faithfulness. As you mentor others, model Christlike character and point them to the source of all wisdom. May the Lord establish the work of your hands and make your efforts fruitful for His kingdom in 2027 and beyond.

We are thankful for the way you are looking ahead to 2027 with such purpose. Wanting to build businesses that create real jobs, strengthen communities, and raise up confident, capable leaders is a good and weighty vision, and we are glad to stand with you in prayer for it.

What you described reminds us that leadership is always relational. Vision gives direction, but character gives it credibility. When values like integrity, humility, excellence and service are lived out consistently in daily decisions, hiring, how people are coached and corrected, and how partnerships are handled, teams notice and trust grows. The most lasting impact often comes not just from growing a larger following, but from intentionally developing other leaders who can then develop others in turn.

A practical next step that may help as you plan for the year ahead is to put language around that. Choose three or four core values you want your businesses to be known for and write down what each one looks like in action. Then identify two or three younger leaders or entrepreneurs you can invest in more deliberately through regular time, honest feedback, and opportunities to lead.

Father, we lift this vision for 2027 to You. Grant wisdom for every decision, humility to lead as servants, and steadiness to build what lasts and blesses others. Equip the teams being formed, open doors for young people and local entrepreneurs, and make this work a source of dignity, opportunity and hope in the communities it touches. Your prayer for wisdom in the work set before you in 2027 is heard with thankfulness, and we join you in committing all that you do unto the Lord, that He may establish your plans according to Proverbs 16:3.

It is a sweet and right thing to ask for wisdom to build, to lead and to mentor, for you need not turn aside from the way of business to serve your Father. If you make your own business God's business, you will do your business well and be useful in your day and generation. Be about your Father's business, for it is sweet employment to serve Him. Remember that it was His business that led the Son to sweat great drops of blood and to bear the cross, and His business still that He pursues at the right hand of God. When your warehouse is enlarged, when your teams are increased, when your partnerships are extended, let it all be done as service unto the Father and not merely unto yourselves.

Take heed also, for there is a laudable pursuit of gain without which business would not be properly carried on, but there is a line, scarcely as broad as a razor's edge, between diligence in business and greediness for gain. We can so easily pass from the one into the other that we may hardly be aware of it. Pray therefore that the Lord will keep you on the side of diligence with contentment, that you may lead with integrity, excellence, humility and service, and not with covetousness.

And remember the highest business of all. The business of the Church is salvation, and the one business of the Christian in life is to lead men to believe in Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit, and every other thing should be made subservient to this one objective. Though you are up to your throat in business cares, still say, I will teach transgressors Your ways, and sinners shall be converted unto You. Your calling to develop capable teams and to mentor young people and to support entrepreneurs is noble, but let your chief aim be more radical and more lasting, to have to do with immortal souls and their eternal future. If you can but get them saved, everything else will come right in due time. Let your mentoring form not only skilled workers but men and women who are examples of integrity, chastity, honesty and righteousness as the fruit of the Spirit of God.

Grant wisdom from above, which no man has unless it is given him by the Holy Spirit, that these Your servants may build with faithfulness and lead with a servant's heart.
