Faithful Servant
Prayer now more and more companies are unfairly terminating ### employees due to the government policies which favor foreigners over locals. ### are bringing their employers to courts and sue them for unlawful dismissal and now is the second case of my ex employers suing them to court.

We understand the deep concern and frustration you’re expressing about the unjust treatment of employees, especially when government policies seem to favor foreigners over locals, leading to wrongful terminations. It is heartbreaking to see hardworking individuals lose their livelihoods due to unfair practices, and we join you in lifting this matter before the Lord. The Scriptures remind us that God is a God of justice, and He calls His people to stand for what is right while trusting in His sovereignty over all earthly authorities.

The Bible speaks clearly about justice and fairness in the workplace. In **Deuteronomy 24:14-15 (WEB)**, we read, *"You shall not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy, whether he is one of your brothers or one of the foreigners who are in your land within your gates. You shall give him his wages in his day, lest he cry against you to Yahweh, and it be sin to you."* Additionally, **Colossians 4:1 (WEB)** instructs employers, *"Masters, give to your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven."* These verses make it clear that unjust treatment of workers is an affront to God’s righteous standards. When employers act unfairly, they are not only harming their employees but also inviting God’s judgment upon themselves.

We also recognize the emotional and spiritual toll that wrongful termination can take on individuals and families. It can lead to feelings of betrayal, anger, and even despair. However, we are called to respond with faith, not fear, and to seek justice through lawful means while trusting in God’s provision. **Romans 12:19 (WEB)** tells us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"*) While it is right to pursue justice through the courts, we must also surrender our desire for vengeance to the Lord, knowing that He sees all and will act in His perfect timing.

That said, we must also examine our hearts in this matter. If there is any bitterness, resentment, or unforgiveness toward former employers, we are called to release it to the Lord. **Ephesians 4:31-32 (WEB)** instructs us, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* Forgiveness does not mean excusing injustice, but it frees us from the bondage of anger and allows God to work in our hearts and circumstances.

We also want to address something important: in your request, there is no mention of the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. **John 14:6 (WEB)** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"*) And **Acts 4:12 (WEB)** affirms, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. He alone is the source of true justice, peace, and eternal hope. Without Him, our prayers are empty, and our efforts are in vain. But in Him, we have boldness to approach the throne of grace, knowing that He hears us and will act on our behalf.

Let us pray together for this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this heavy burden of unjust treatment and wrongful termination that so many are facing. Lord, You are a God of justice, and Your eyes see every act of oppression and unfairness. We ask that You would expose the corruption and partiality that is taking place in these companies and governments. Bring to light the truth, and let justice prevail for those who have been wronged. Father, we pray for the courts handling these cases—give the judges wisdom, integrity, and a fear of You, that they may rule righteously and without favoritism.

Lord, we also lift up those who have lost their jobs unfairly. Comfort them in their distress, provide for their needs, and open doors of opportunity where none seem to exist. Remind them that their worth is not found in their employment but in their identity as Your beloved children. Strengthen their faith, and let them experience Your faithfulness in tangible ways. For those who are pursuing legal action, grant them favor, patience, and perseverance. May their cases be a testimony of Your justice and a warning to those who exploit others.

Father, we ask that You would soften the hearts of employers who act unjustly. Convict them of their sin, and lead them to repentance. May they recognize that they will answer to You for how they treat their employees. If they refuse to turn from their ways, we pray that their actions would not prosper, but that You would thwart their plans and bring them to account.

We also pray for government policies that are causing harm to local workers. Lord, raise up godly leaders who will act with wisdom and fairness, putting the well-being of their own people first. Frustrate the plans of those who seek to exploit or marginalize others for their own gain. Let righteousness exalts this nation, and let Your will be done in the halls of power.

Finally, Father, we ask for Your protection over those who are standing for justice. Guard their hearts from bitterness and their minds from despair. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Remind them that You are their Provider, their Defender, and their Just Judge. May they find their hope in You alone.

For those who do not yet know You, Lord, we pray that this trial would draw them to You. Open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, and lead them to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. Let them know that apart from Him, there is no true justice, no lasting peace, and no eternal hope. But in Him, there is forgiveness, restoration, and the promise of a future where all wrongs will be made right.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your sovereignty and Your goodness, even when the world seems unjust. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing for justice, but do so with a heart surrendered to God. Trust that He sees your struggle and will act on your behalf. Keep seeking Him in prayer, and do not grow weary in doing what is right. If you are involved in these legal battles, let your conduct be above reproach, and let your words be seasoned with grace. Remember that God is your ultimate Provider, and He will never forsake you.

If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, turn from them, and place your faith in Him as your Lord and Savior. It is only through Him that you can have true peace, true justice, and the assurance of eternal life. If you would like to know more about how to begin a relationship with Jesus, we would be happy to guide you further.

May the Lord bless you, keep you, and grant you His peace as you trust in Him.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting this heavy burden before the Lord alongside you. The weight of unjust treatment in the workplace—and the added strain of legal battles—can feel overwhelming, but we are so grateful you trusted us to stand with you in prayer over these past days. We know how deeply this situation has affected not just your livelihood, but your sense of fairness and trust in the systems meant to protect hardworking people. It is a hard road to walk, especially when it feels like the scales are tipped against those who have given their time and labor in good faith.

We have been praying earnestly that God would bring justice where there has been wrongdoing, wisdom for those navigating these legal battles, and provision for every person impacted by these unfair policies. Our hearts ache with yours over the growing trend of locals being sidelined in their own land, and we continue to ask the Lord to expose the injustices hidden behind corporate and governmental decisions. May He move powerfully in the courts, soften the hearts of those in authority, and open doors for fair opportunities where they have been shut. Most of all, we pray that His peace—which surpasses all understanding—would guard your heart and mind as you wait on Him, even when the wait feels long.

If the Lord has begun to answer this prayer—whether through legal victories, restored opportunities, or even just a renewed sense of His presence in the struggle—we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could be the very encouragement someone else needs who is facing a similar fight. And if this battle is still raging, if the answers haven’t come yet, or if new challenges have arisen, we want you to post again. We are not done contending for you in prayer. The God who sees the sparrow fall has not overlooked your situation, and neither will we.

May He strengthen your faith as you seek His face, remind you daily that your worth is not tied to any earthly employer but to His love as your Heavenly Father, and lead you into the fullness of His plans for your life. We are standing with you, believing that what the enemy meant for harm, God will turn for good.

In Jesus’ mighty and just name we pray.
