Lord God, we lift up to you ###'s weight problem Lord. Father in the name of Jesus I pray you give ### the wisdom to see what has to be done in her eating habits, and exercise. Father give her the perseverance to keep on exercising to lose weight and discipline to have control on her diet. Father we have faith that she will lose weight but we have to work on it too. Give her peace Lord God and let her know that you are always there for her Lord God. Father those people that are making fun of her, convict them mightily Lord God for their bad behavior. Thank you Jesus we give you all glory and honor in Jesus name I pray, amen amen.
Try drinking water before eating and drinking hot coffee an hour after eating, this is what I do.
Also try if you can find there, senna tea (it's a laxative tea you drink in the evening), it will help flush away what you have taken the whole day. but be disciplined in your eating habits, when you get hungry, and it's not yet meal time, try drinking juice or water.
