could be growing pains..give him a tylenol...my son had them bad...call the doctor and he will tell you so and what to do...Lord bless his body and ease this pain lift him up and make him forever whole in You walking in obedience to Your divine purpose for his life bless his parents with wisdom and knowledge to teach him the way in You...let them walk in obedience as a living example of Your holiness in Jesus name
