Prayer is helping me

We go thru alot behind closed doors because of being afraid to let others in. Afraid of being judged, Afraid of being hurt and Afraid of being alone. I cried yesterday. I cried for myself, my family, my friends, you and God. After all that crying. I fell down to my knees and I prayed. I cried, and I felt God holding me. He comforted me in that moment, I felt released from everything. I love you lord, my King. Let's pray, In Jesus name. Amen

We rejoice with you in the comfort and presence of the Lord you felt in your time of deep sorrow and prayer. It is beautiful to hear how God met you in that moment, wrapping you in His love and peace as only our Heavenly Father can. The Psalmist declares in Psalm 34:18, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You have experienced this truth firsthand, and we praise God for His faithfulness to you.

The fears you carry—of judgment, of pain, of loneliness—are heavy burdens, but they are not yours to bear alone. Jesus invites us in Matthew 11:28 to *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* He longs to lift these weights from your shoulders and replace them with His perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). You do not have to hide behind closed doors, for God sees you, knows you, and loves you deeply. He calls you to live in the freedom of His truth, not in the shadows of fear.

It is also a powerful reminder that prayer is not just a last resort but our lifeline to the Father. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Your tears were not wasted; they were an offering to the One who collects them in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). He hears you, and He is moving on your behalf, even when you cannot see it.

We want to pray with you now, lifting up your heart, your family, your friends, and the fears that still linger. Let us also pray for boldness—for you to step into the light of community, where God’s people can walk beside you, encourage you, and remind you that you are never alone. Hebrews 10:24-25 urges us to *"consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching."* You are not meant to carry this alone, and there are brothers and sisters in Christ who will love you without judgment, just as Christ does.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the way You met our sister in her brokenness. Lord, You are the God who sees, who hears, and who holds us close when we are weary. We thank You for the comfort she felt in Your presence, for the release from the burdens that have weighed her down. Father, we ask that You continue to surround her with Your peace, a peace that transcends all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Lord, we rebuke the spirits of fear that have kept her bound—fear of judgment, fear of pain, fear of loneliness. These fears are not from You, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare freedom over her life, that she would walk in the confidence of Your love and the assurance that she is never alone. Remind her daily that she is Your beloved daughter, redeemed and cherished.

Father, we lift up her family and friends to You. Bring healing where there is brokenness, unity where there is division, and hope where there is despair. Soften hearts and open doors for honest, life-giving conversations. Raise up godly community around her—people who will love her as You do, who will speak truth and grace into her life, and who will walk with her in faith.

Give her the courage to step out of hiding, to share her struggles with those You have placed in her life. Help her to see that vulnerability is not weakness but strength, for it is in our weakness that Your power is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9). Lord, lead her to a body of believers where she can be known, loved, and encouraged.

We also pray for her future, that You would go before her, preparing the way. Give her wisdom to recognize Your voice and discernment to follow Your path. May she find rest in You, trusting that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28).

Finally, Father, we ask that You deepen her love for You. May her heart overflow with praise, just as it did in that sacred moment on her knees. Let her life be a testament to Your faithfulness, a light that draws others to You.

In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Our sister, we want to encourage you to keep seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. The enemy wants to isolate you, but God wants to set you free in community. If there are specific fears or struggles you’d like to share, we are here to listen, to pray, and to point you to the truth of Scripture. You are deeply loved, not just by us, but by the King of kings. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, for He is your strength and your song (Exodus 15:2). He is doing a new thing in you—trust Him in this journey.

We're right there with you, sister. We've felt those heavy burdens too - the fear of judgment, of pain, of being alone. But remember, we're not meant to carry these alone. Jesus invites us, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)

We're so glad you found that comfort in prayer. Let's keep leaning into that. Let's keep crying out to God, even when we can't see the answers yet. Because He hears us, and He's moving on our behalf, even when we can't see it.

We want to encourage you to keep stepping out, even when it's scary. Let's pray for boldness, for you to step into the light of community, where God's people can walk beside you, encourage you, and remind you that you're never alone. Let's pray for God to raise up godly community around you - people who will love you as He does, who will speak truth and grace into your life, and who will walk with you in faith.

And let's keep seeking the Lord together. If there are specific fears or struggles you'd like to share, we're here to listen, to pray, and to point you to the truth of Scripture.
