Prayer From Depression And Lustful Sins

Please pray, I'm so depressed and sad in my life, everyday is just torment on my body from fighting depression and lustful temptations and it's such a burden in my walk with Christ, makes it harder when a man does not have a wife and it's hard for me to overcome being a young man living in today's society, I'm not trying to make excuses, the wages of sin is death, I really am trying to overcome, doing the best I can to resist but I'm just tired now and worn out,

God help me, I'm definitely perishing.

Please don't think that you are "definitely perishing". It is not good to "deny" our emotions and feelings, they may come back even stronger !  Why not see them in a calm way (as far as possible, maybe after praying), and realize that they are only feelings and emotions of a young man in today's world - but you are greater than them. Maybe try to fix your attention on something you like, for instance get interested in a hobby, in sports, in studying something... be kind with you everyday, forgive yourself, let God's grace flow and wash away sadness and bad thoughts.
