Lord God, we are grateful for You, your love, your endless faith. Father, I pray for ###, I ask for your loving presence in his last days here. I pray that you will bless him with the peace of knowing who you are and just how much you love him. I pray that through this most difficult time that his entire family will turn to you and receive your free gift of salvation. Bless ### and his family, in the name of Jesus.

I pray also that the eyes of this family would be open to the brevity of life on this earth and their need to get right with God, to believe in Your only Son, Jesus Christ and to accept the awesome gift of eternal life that You offer. Help them to receive Your love and forgiveness. Don't let the enemy use this illness to harden their hearts. We live in a fallen world, and illness is a part of it. But You offer so much more!
