We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear brother who is facing the battle of prostate cancer. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and binds up our wounds. We stand in agreement with this sister in Christ, believing that You are the same yesterday, today, and forever, and that the same healing power that flowed through Jesus when He walked this earth is still at work today.
Lord, we pray for wisdom for the doctors treating him. Guide their hands, enlighten their minds, and give them discernment as they interpret the MRI results and determine the best course of treatment. We ask that You would accelerate the scheduling of this MRI, removing any bureaucratic delays or obstacles that stand in the way. Your Word says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We trust You to direct his steps and the steps of those caring for him.
We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that may be trying to take hold in his heart. Your Word tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Remind him that he is not alone in this battle, for You have promised in Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
We also pray for his spiritual and emotional well-being. Strengthen his faith, Lord, and draw him closer to You during this time. Let him experience Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are his refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. We declare Psalm 103:2-3 over him: "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."
Father, we ask for complete healing and restoration. Whether it be through medical treatment, a miraculous touch from Your hand, or a combination of both, we trust in Your perfect will. We stand on the promise of Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." Let this be a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness, bringing glory to Your name.
We also lift up his family and loved ones who are walking this journey with him. Give them strength, patience, and unity as they support him. May they find comfort in Your promises and encouragement in one another.
Lord, we know that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to You and the power to overcome every trial. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who conquered sin and death and lives to intercede for us. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
