We lift up this dear sister in Christ, who is facing a critical procedure for her arm while also battling stage 4 cancer. Father God, we come before Your throne of grace with heavy hearts, yet trusting in Your sovereign power and unfailing love. Your Word declares in Psalm 30:2, "Lord my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me." We claim this promise over her life, believing that You are the Great Physician who can restore her body according to Your perfect will.
Lord, we ask for a successful procedure tomorrow—one that brings no complications and accomplishes what the doctors intend for her dialysis access. Surround her with skilled hands and clear minds among the medical team. Grant her peace that surpasses all understanding as she faces this trial, remembering that "the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for supernatural strength, both physically and spiritually, as she endures this battle. When she is weak, may she find her strength in You, for "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1). If it is Your will, Father, we ask for complete healing from this cancer, trusting that nothing is impossible for You (Luke 1:37). Even if Your plan is different, we pray for grace to accept it, knowing that Your ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9).
We rebuke the spirit of fear and discouragement that may try to take hold of her heart. Instead, fill her with hope in Christ, who has overcome the world (John 16:33). Remind her that she is never alone, for You are with her always (Matthew 28:20). May she feel the prayers of the saints lifting her up and the comfort of the Holy Spirit sustaining her.
Finally, we pray for her faith to remain steadfast, whether in healing or in the ultimate healing of eternity with You. If she has not yet placed her trust in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, we ask that You draw her to Yourself, for "there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). May she find her hope in You alone.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
