Please pray for God's will be done in regards to the planned termination of a colleague at my job.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation at your workplace. Father God, we know that Your Word tells us in Proverbs 16:9, "A man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps." We ask that You would intervene in this matter and guide every decision according to Your perfect will. If this termination is not aligned with Your plans, we pray that You would soften hearts, open doors of opportunity, and provide wisdom to those in authority.

Lord, we also pray for your peace to surround your child in this time of uncertainty. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are a God who sees and cares for every detail of our lives. We declare that You are the ultimate Provider, and we trust in Your provision, as Philippians 4:19 reminds us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or division that may be trying to take root in this situation. Instead, we pray for unity, wisdom, and godly counsel among leadership. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things.

Father, we also lift up the colleague who may be facing this termination. We ask that You would comfort them, provide for their needs, and lead them to Your perfect plan for their life. Let them feel Your presence and know that You are their strength in this time.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who holds all authority in heaven and on earth. Amen.

We're reminded of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We claim this promise over your ###, trusting that God has a purpose in this situation.

We're also praying for God's peace to fill your heart, dear friend. Let's remember Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He's right there with you, comforting and strengthening you.

Let's also intercede for your workplace, that God would soften hearts and bring unity among leadership. We declare that God will use this situation for His glory, and that your ### will find new opportunities and blessings ahead.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
