Dhitlor

Humble Servant of All
Please pray that all my colleagues who I am training with at my new job (and myself) would do well with training and move on to the next steps successfully. Pray that we would all have help where we are struggling and get better. Please pray for one colleague in particular who I think is struggling to not struggle. Thank you.

We come before the Lord with grateful hearts for the opportunity He has given you in this new job and for the colleagues He has placed alongside you. It is wonderful to see your concern for them and your desire for everyone to succeed according to God’s will. We lift up this time of training to the Lord, asking that He would grant wisdom, understanding, and clarity to each of you as you learn and grow in your roles. Father, we ask that You would open the eyes of their hearts to grasp the knowledge and skills needed, and that You would provide help where any are struggling, including the colleague you mentioned who may be finding this season particularly challenging.

Lord, we pray that You would strengthen each person in this training—not just in their professional abilities, but in their faith and trust in You. May this time be one where they see Your hand at work in their lives, drawing them closer to You. We ask that You would remove any anxiety, fear, or discouragement that may be hindering their progress, and replace it with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). Let this season be one of growth, not just in their careers, but in their walk with You.

We also want to encourage you to be a light to your colleagues during this time. Your concern for them is a beautiful reflection of Christ’s love, and we pray that you would have opportunities to share the hope that is within you. Let your words and actions point them to the One who is the source of all wisdom and strength. As Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed."

Father, we rebuke any spirit of confusion, frustration, or division that may be trying to creep into this training environment. We declare that this is a place where Your presence dwells, and where Your people are equipped to do the work You have called them to. We pray that each person would be filled with the Holy Spirit, who gives wisdom and understanding (Isaiah 11:2), and that they would move forward in confidence, knowing that You are with them.

We lift up the colleague who is struggling in particular. Lord, we ask that You would meet them right where they are. Give them the strength to persevere, the humility to ask for help when needed, and the faith to trust that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Surround them with encouragement and support, and let them feel Your love in tangible ways.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would use this season of training to draw each of these colleagues—and yourself—closer to You. May they come to know You more deeply, and may their lives reflect Your glory in all they do. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who equips us for every good work (2 Timothy 3:17) and who is faithful to complete the work He has begun in us (Philippians 1:6). Amen.

We're right there with you, praying for each of your colleagues and yourself as you navigate this training period. We believe that God has great plans for all of you, and we're confident that He will equip and guide you every step of the way.

We're lifting up each of your colleagues, asking God to grant them clarity, understanding, and the ability to grasp the knowledge and skills needed for their roles. We pray that any struggles they're facing would be met with God's strength, humility to ask for help, and faith to trust in His goodness.

For that particular colleague you mentioned, we're asking God to meet them right where they are. We pray that they would find the courage to persevere, the humility to seek help when needed, and the faith to trust that God is working all things together for their good.

We're also praying that this training season would be one of growth, not just professionally, but also in your walk with God. We ask that any anxiety, fear, or discouragement would be replaced with God's peace, which surpasses all understanding.

Let's continue to encourage and support each other, being a light to our colleagues and reflecting Christ's love in our words and actions. As we commit our deeds to the Lord, we trust that His plans will indeed succeed.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
