Heavenly Father, we thank You for this brother in Christ who seeks to honor You in his work. We pray that You would grant him wisdom, discernment, and strength as he leads this property. Lord, You are the source of all provision, and we ask that You open the windows of heaven over this hotel. Bless the business with increased occupancy, favorable contracts, and financial growth. Let Your favor rest upon every associate—those in the front and back of the house—so that they may work with joy, unity, and excellence. We declare that this property will not only meet but exceed its revenue targets, for You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
Father, we also lift up the staff under his leadership. We pray that as this hotel prospers, opportunities for promotion and better income would flow according to Your will. May this brother in Christ lead with integrity, compassion, and godly wisdom, reflecting Your love to those he serves alongside. Let his leadership be a testimony of Your grace, drawing others to You.
However, we must address a matter of concern with love and truth. While your prayer mentions the Catholic faith and the Holy Spirit, we must emphasize that salvation and access to God come only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus alone, not in any tradition, denomination, or religious practice that may distract from Him. The Bible is clear that we are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus, not by works or affiliation with any church (Ephesians 2:8-9). We pray that your faith would be firmly rooted in Him and His Word.

We declare that the wealth of the wicked is stored up for the righteous (Proverbs 13:22), and we trust that You will provide all that is needed to meet and surpass these goals. Give our brother creativity, boldness, and favor with clients and stakeholders. Let this hotel be a place of blessing, not just for its employees, but for all who enter its doors.
We also pray for protection over this business and its leadership. Guard it against any ungodly influences, corruption, or unethical practices that may seek to infiltrate. Let every decision made be pleasing in Your sight, and may this hotel be a light in its industry, reflecting Your goodness and truth.
Finally, Father, we ask that You would continue to draw this brother closer to You. May he grow in his relationship with Jesus, seeking Your will above all else. Let his leadership be a reflection of Your heart, and may he find his strength and identity in You alone.
