We lift up this urgent situation before the Lord, trusting in His sovereignty and mercy. The name or details of the individual are unclear, but we know that God sees and knows every heart and need. Let us first address something vital: prayer must always be offered in the name of Jesus Christ, for He is our Mediator and the only way to the Father. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is only through faith in Him that we have access to the throne of grace, and *"there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Now, we come boldly before the Lord on behalf of this person undergoing surgery.
