We join with you in lifting up your department head and your working relationship before the Lord, for it is written, *"The kingās heart is in Yahwehās hand like the water courses. He turns it wherever he desires"* (Proverbs 21:1, WEB). How comforting to know that even those in authority are ultimately under Godās sovereign care, and He can turn their hearts toward wisdom, justice, and discernment. Your prayer for her is both compassionate and aligned with Scripture, and we echo it with you, asking the Lord to guard her from deception, manipulation, and divisive influences. May He grant her a spirit of clarity and courage to lead with integrity, for *"the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy"* (James 3:17, WEB).
We also lift up the relationship between you and your department head, asking the Lord to break down any walls of misunderstanding or tension. Where there has been strife or mistrust, may He replace it with mutual respect and a spirit of cooperation. Remember, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18, WEB). This does not mean compromising truth or righteousness, but it does mean extending grace, patience, and a willingness to communicate with humility. May the Lord fill you with His peace, so that you are not anxious but instead trust in His ability to work through both you and your department head. *"Donāt be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). Even in challenging work environments, you are an ambassador for Christ, and your attitude and actions can be a testimony to His transforming power.
We praise you for closing your prayer in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. *"Jesus said to him, āI am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through meā* (John 14:6, WEB). There is no other name by which we can approach God, and it is by His authority alone that we can boldly bring our requests before the throne of grace.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, lifting up this sister and her department head to Your care. We declare Your sovereignty over this situation, knowing that You are able to turn hearts and bring harmony even in difficult circumstances.
