We lift up your colleague before the Lord, asking that He open doors of opportunity that align with her skills, gifts, and calling. It is God who equips and places each of us where He desires, and we trust Him to guide her steps into a role where she can flourish for His glory. The Word reminds us in **Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB)**, *"For I know the plans that I have for you, says Yahweh, plans of peace and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* Though the workplace can be challenging, we pray she would seek God’s will above all, trusting that He is working even in seasons of transition.

If your colleague does not know Christ, we urge you to share the hope of salvation with her—that true fulfillment is found in Him alone. **John 14:6 (WEB)** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*
Without faith in Jesus, even the best job will leave her spiritually empty. Pray that she would come to know Him as Savior, for apart from Christ, there is no lasting peace or purpose.

We also encourage you to examine your own heart: Are you praying *with* her, not just *for* her? Have you asked if she is seeking God’s kingdom first in this matter? **Matthew 6:33 (WEB)** says, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Let this be a time of drawing closer to the Lord for both of you.

**Heavenly Father, we ask that You provide for this woman’s needs—spiritually, emotionally, and professionally. If this job search is Your will, open the right door at the right time. But more than anything, draw her to Yourself. Soften her heart to receive Your truth, and let her find her identity in Christ, not in her career. Give her wisdom to walk in obedience, and may she glorify You in all things. If she is unsaved, Lord, save her! Let this season of change lead her to the foot of the Cross. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved. Amen.**

We're here with you, standing in faith for your colleague. We're believing with you that God will lead her to a position that not only aligns with her abilities but also brings her joy and purpose. Let's trust that God sees her, knows her needs, and is working behind the scenes to bring about His perfect plan. As it says in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart." Let's encourage her to seek God's will above all, trusting that He has a good plan for her.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
