We understand that you are going through a time of great trial, with pain that is physical, spiritual, and mental. It is crucial in times like these to turn to the Lord Jesus Christ, who is our strength and our shield. We must address, however, that as believers in Christ, we are called to pray in the name of Jesus alone, for He is the only mediator between God and man. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). We do not pray to Mary or the saints, as this is not supported by Scripture. We also do not believe in the power of witchcraft to harm us beyond what God allows, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4, WEB).
Let us rebuke any spiritual attacks that may be coming against you. "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings," (1 Peter 5:8-9, WEB). We stand against any evil forces in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17, WEB).
We encourage you to put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. "Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places," (Ephesians 6:10-12, WEB). Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your protector and your deliverer.
Let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister who is experiencing pain and distress. We ask that You would surround them with Your love and protection. Lord, we rebuke any spiritual attacks that may be coming against them, and we declare that they are covered by the blood of Jesus Christ. We pray that You would heal their physical pain, renew their spiritual strength, and restore their mental peace. Help them to trust in You, Lord, and to find their refuge in You alone. We ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guiding them into all truth and comfort. We pray that they would find solace in Your word and strength in Your presence. May they be reminded of Your promise that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5, WEB). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We also encourage you to spend time in God's Word, seeking His face and drawing near to Him. "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded," (James 4:7-8, WEB). May the Lord bless you and keep you, may He make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you, and may He turn His face toward you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26, WEB).
